Better than last visit. I would avoid going there between 5:30pm to 6:30. Extremely busy. Great food. A little pricy.
Terrible customer service. I have always bought the biggest entree and a side plus used a coupon for an extra entree that I had. I have done this a dozen times, but I am told this time that they can’t do it. The girl waiting on me and the manager both were obnoxious about it. Oh well. Never going back to this one!!!!!!

I ordered my usual order and found what looks like a part of a plastic bag (with a little sauce) in my chow mein noodles. ?
Been to this location 10 or more times and we always leave disappointed. I don't think I have ever been able to get what we want, we always have to choose from what's left. All of the normal stuff is always empty and you have to choose from what everyone else has skipped. Tonight I spent $70 in store and I still had to make a dinner when I got home because what they gave us was nowhere near enough. Portions are very small and the price is insanely high.
Love this place. Man they have sweet fire chicken that will make your taste buds jump out of your head. It is excellent.
First time going here. It tasted great but the chicken was chewy and a little stringy and the rice seemed a little old.
We have had some fine experiences here. But today I got home to serve our large a la carte orders and discovered they gave me a full container of uncooked rice.
It's a chain restaurant, so you probably know what to expect in terms of food and value. However, compared to other Pandas I have been to, their service is outstanding, warranting the 5 star rating I am providing.
It's not a driver thru service, so it's a dine in. Which, should have been more on cleaning the tables and drink area. If the supervisor can not manage their coworkers. Then they should attend to those areas. No, I in team!
