We ordered sausage mcmuffin, hasbrown, 1 hotcakes and sausage, 1 orange juice, 1 oatmeal with apples, and 2 large ice waters. Total was $17.38. Got to the window the kid handed a dirty cup of water, we gave it back expecting to get a clean cup of water never gotof wTee
About half the time they get my order wrong, and then I got to sit and wait for my food while going through drive-thru. When all I order is a quarter pounder and fries
Waited to order in one lane watched three different cars in other lane pass me without hearing a voice. Complained and ended up with a non-english speaker handing me my drinks. Unfortunately for the crew, I speak fluent spanish and asked the lady how many times she has helped a customer at the window, to which she replied never! She was polite and immediately retrieved the mananger, who answered my frustration with "sir, I can't control the time it takes for customers to order". At which point I wanted to pull my hair out. How can that answer me being at one speaker and 3 cars pass me at the other. They then parked me for 15 minutes and when I got home (3 minutes) burgers and fries measured 65°F, which I believe may be health violation. Threw food away and am heading to F R E D D Y s or C U L V E R s for some quality service and food!Also noticed lots of one line 5 star reviews, suspect owner or manager barely keeping them above 3 star!
I needed some fry’s for my dog i was taking to put down. And the staff here made my doggo some fry’s during breakfast so he was able to have his favorite snack before leaving this world. Thank you.
Everyone in Greenwood knows this is the best McDonald's. Friendliest, most competent service. Always fresh fries. Consistently for years. Someone needs to study what the management is doing and replicate it.
I love that the playplace is finally open! Service is usually very good inside, with good food(for McDonalds). Drive through is extremely hit or miss.
Very fast. Ordered a large coffee. Most of the time I have to wait for coffee to be made. They had it ready.
It's my grandson's Sunday treat. Most tables today we're clean. To much focus on drive thru and not those dining in.
The food was cold and then we actually visited another time and the customer service was awful. The drive-through person was very very rude
Order accuracy seems to be lacking. I ordered a Happy Meal Cheeseburger - added tomatoes, no mustard, extra pickles, with ketchup. I received a Cheeseburger, no mustard, tomatoes, regular amount of pickles, ketchup, and lettuce. My two McDoubles came with only one patty each.On the plus side, they DID fix my order quickly and immediately ... but if you're doing drive through or carry out and don't check yourself, this could end up being a pain. I'd recommend always checking what you get.Staff was friendly enough, and the place was clean, and being sanitized across the dining room while I was inside.
