Order was incorrect. Gave us the wrong food in the attempt to correct our order. After I had stuck my hand in the bag to check it. They demanded that I hand It back through the window before giving me what I had ordered. They then gave the food that I had touched to the car behind me. Disgusting.
Every time I go here I swear it’s 20 minutes. They always hire the most chill relaxed staff. Never in a hurry. Sandwiches are halfway built. I live 1 mile from this one yet I drive 10 more minutes to another location. They mess up orders and I don’t even complain. I just eat however it comes because it’s too painful to get back in line and wait more.
Hit and miss. Just check your items before. Always something here, this time forgot to check and surely after I returned home, wrong item/messed up order. I drove back because because kind of close and they made it right and re-made some items because of being cold so…that’s good at least. Maybe next time we’ll see. ??♂️
Put in order for curbside pick up. Arrived at the store and put the number in the app. 20 minutes later I go in to the store to see if there is a problem, order is sitting right there for who knows how long. Need to have a way to notify the customer if they're unable to provide curbside pick up.
This McDonald’s overnight crew are the laziest rudest people especially the window girl Melissa everytime I go there at night it’s an issue their credit card machine is down or they are closed but every McDonalds in the area is operating just fine they only tell people the card machine is down because that’s what most people use now the morning crew and the evening crew operate just fine it’s just the overnight crew at this location they are paying them to do absolutely nothing
I give this place a 4 star because they're better than the others in Greenwood. Had two MC flurries from county line and Madison last night. Horrible. There ice cream is different than here. Like ice milk. Not smooth and creamy like every other McDonald's. Be curious if county line is even using a McDonald's approved ice cream. It's that different.
Hardly anyone there to take care of orders GrubHub drivers waiting 45 minutes to ask if their order is ready. Got half our order wrong had to get it fix. Parents letting their wild kids run around without them around in there knocking into people who's trying to order at least age 11-14 no parents around. 7 kids in total
I'm very disappointed in this McDonald's I have come to the drive-through for many months now sometimes on a daily basis to get coffee or Diet Coke better but it seems like they never can get the orders correctly anymore. The saddest thing is the staff does not seem to care that they are not getting customers orders correctly.
Typical Mickey D's fast food. Same as every McD's food. Service was better than normal. Actually got exactly what I ordered and they were polite.
In spite of worker shortages and high turnover rates in employment, this particular location has somehow managed to maintain its staff over the long-term; their neighborly mien adds much to the dining experience, making this location far and above a top choice among its peers.
