This review is not a knock the people who were working that day. They were working their buttons off because, like most companies, the staffing was short. Kudos to them for the effort to do a good job. We live in a day now that all portions of food are reduced and the price increased. This particular restaurant did it's level best and deserve my respect.
The second time I've been here and they will not open. I sat at the drive thru 20 mins after they was supposed to of opened. I seen several employees in the building. There was at least 10 cars that pulled away while I waited. I will say that when they do finally take my order, they are very friendly and everything is good.
Not sure if it’s supposed to have pink in it so if I get sick or something you know why just got this today all 4 burgers were pink!!!!!!! 5/7/22
Out of 5 days this place has been open at 5am 4 days. What is the point of opening at all. As we pulled in all lights were out except drive through boards. When no one answered on the speaker we drive by the windows and there was only 1 person in the building.
Don’t waste your time coming here. Manager is extremely rude and snatches things out of your hand. She got extremely mad and rude with us after they asked us to park in the mobile spot. Then her worker brought out the wrong order 3 times. Then the manager came out and snatched the receipt out of my husbands hand. She eventually brought back the right order and apologized but she should have been nice from the start.
This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. We already had our order messed up and a different McDonald’s. Ordered a normal crispy chicken sandwich and they gave us a spicy, which my girlfriend can’t eat due to a sensitive stomach. No biggie, called them but they were closed, promised us another one the next day. But she still didn’t have any food so we go to the next McDonald’s. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich with extra pickles, in the cup. Guy added the value, to which my gf said “it normally says cup of pickles” so I asked the guy if they were the same and he said yeah. I figured it was whatever and there would be a little cup in the bag. We get our food, and they didn’t have any extra pickles in the bag, just the 2 normal ones, but charged us 15c for it. I politely asked the guy for the extra pickles, and showed him the receipt. He comes out about 2 minutes later with the cup, and I politely say “thank you” and he goes “yup, your extra pickles were in the bag but there you go.” So much disrespect. Even if it’s 15c, I paid for it and not the attitude. Absolutely ridiculous and poor customer service.
Place is always clean, food is always decent quality and most of the time better than what is expected from most McDonalds. On top of that, the staff is generally polite, if a bit short and busy due to massive rushes.
We ordered with the app and picked up in store... Food was fast, and restrooms were clean. My quarter pounder with cheese was greasier than I'm used to back home, but it was just what I needed. Really, this was the best fast food I've had in a while.
Today was get a free sandwich no purchase necessary. McDonalds app always having deals. Great dinner for under a 1.50 with a small fry.
First time Ive ever had a Crispy chicken sandwich. Shouldn't it have something other than two pickles on it?? There is no sauce, no lettuce, no anything but two pickle slices. This after waiting in the drive thru for a good 10 minutes before I got my entire order. Pretty sad.
