Haven't been in so long, won't be back for a long time if I do. Fish and chicken were dry, overcooked and mostly inedible. Hush puppies were more like potato chips. Might as well just close this location. Also gave me the food, no bag and it wasn't what was ordered and we were the only car. Drive thru speaker box is broken so it took a few minutes to get their attention at the window like their sign says. Guess people just don't take pride in what they do anymore so I'll take my money somewhere else.
HOW IS THIS PLACE STILL OPEN??? Your employees are the laziest nastiest pepole iv even seen... Not only are they sitting in the doing NOTHING but they make u wait at the drive thru speaker so long that u just drive away.... 17 minutes to be exact!!! The inside is not open AT ALL... And IF u can actually get food from them its usually old cold or your order is wrong.... Nice place to start a restaurant!!! Oh and if u wanna get paid to do absolutely NOTHING , Hey go work for LJS!!!!!
I ordered the 38.00 something, live in Franklin. My daughter drove up to the store in front of Krogers on 31 to pick up. It wasn't ready she waited picked it up and drove home. I had already placed the order. The fish was to greasy, cooked to long so tuff. The Cole slaw I ordered was not in the bag. I was not satisfied with the whole meal. I was not about to spend 5.00 dollars worth of gas, to get the slaw. Will not order from here again. Will go to Culvers.
The food was good but the service was absolutely aweful.I've never been anywhere that has given worse service.Never been treated worse from anyone in my life....EVER...After waiting at the register for like 20 minutes (it wasn't even that busy) the guy finally came up and took our order. As my mom was ordering the guy was motioning his hand in a way of "hurry up. Is that all? Come on"Won't ever go to this Long John's again.I'd give 0 stars if I could.
Order was supposed to be ready at 7:07. Didn't get it until 7:29. Didn't get our fries so went to go back inside and they locked the doors. So I walked up to the drive thru window.Definitely won't be back.
If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered o lone thought it would be easier than waiting til I get to the window. Pulled up to the window at 1900 they had 2 of my 3 orders made and boxed on the counter waited 15 minutes at the window getting told waiting on rice. Told to pull forward and waited another 12 minutes for my food to get brought out. Check it and the food was cold from sitting and my shrimp bowl was a salmon bowl. Will never go back again. Tried calling to get the situation rectified and they did not answer called from greenwood to Franklin.

I waited in line for 30 min for a meal that I ended up getting a refund for and leaving with no food. No one wants to sit in a drive thru for 30+ min. Especially with a screaming 3 yr old in back seat. I think the guy who gave me the refund was the mgr who was trying to get things done but this is terrible. What would've made me happier? Tell me my order will be ready in 45 +min before I pay & waste 30 +mins of gas idling in your drive thru.
Part of my order was incorrect. Chicken and fish was overcooked. Whatever LJS did to change the tartar sauce you all better change it back or you will definitely lose customers.
Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had dining out. Whole place smelled like old dirty grease. Service was non existent. Waited over 30 minutes after ordering to get my food. Everything was sticky including the floors, seats and tables from not being cleaned for some time. Food was dry, over cooked and tasted horrible. I only took 3 bites and threw the rest away. My wife ordered popcorn shrimp and fries. She literally received 5 very small pieces of shrimp. I loved Long John Silvers up until eating here. Do ypu4self a favor and stay away.
