Never EVER staffed. Sever times they have closes the inside, only allowing drive thru due to not enough staff. I feel bad for the staff. I really do. HOWEVER, that still does not make it okay that that still mess up my special order pizzas that we wait 45 or more min for.
Hot and ready when I aririved! Very Good, will definitely order again.

It was good, called ahead and the lady who took my order and took care of me was great! Order was fresh too.
Multiple times have I ordered from this place and not a single time was it quick. They're not even open on time half the time. Once they didn't even make my order because of their staffing. I love Little Caesars and all, but this location SERIOUSLY needs to get their s**t together.
Ordered online thinking it'd be easier. As it worked out I was 10 minutes later than the estimated time it'd be ready so it was surprising to be told the order wasn't ready yet. Figured they were just busy.Eventually someone else asked if I had been helped. I gave my order information again and then he starts getting my order out of the hot box.. Apparently the first guy didn't notice it was there ?♂️.. then second guy, as I'm verifying the items tells me that 'one of the cheese breads was scrapped'. Er.. Then why not make another if you knew it was missing? Tells me it was going to be another 5 minutes to wait. ?♂️30 minutes after the promised time, so 20 minutes of waiting, I finally left there with the food. +1 star because the food was tasty. If they had only promised the food 30 minutes later than they stated AND had everything *actually ready* then it would have been a FAR better experience
Shout out to Nikki at this store. She is awesome and came through with our pizzas that the Franklin location could not deliver!! You went above and beyond and we truly appreciate your hard work!!
Do not come here if you want pizza between the hours of 4:30pm and 8:30pm. They are severely understaffed, do not come to the drive thru window for 5-10min, and never have anything hot and ready.Ordering ahead doesn't work either, I tried that, waited 30min, and still had to wait another 30 in the lobby.I'm currently 2nd in line and haven't moved my car in 15min. As soon as the guy in front of me gets to order (no one has come to the window yet!) I'm just gonna leave
The pizza was good but the restaurant wasn't open to pick up my pizzas. I called several times before we went and could not get through to anyone. I had a large order to place and didn't want to do it online. I finally was able to do it online. Then I went to pick up my pizza and lobby was closed. It is difficult to get in and out of the restaurant. I had to go to the drive through and pick up 8 pizzas through a drive-thru window which wasn't great or fun for anyone. And before I got to mine, which I needed at a certain time, there was a car ahead of me that had sat there for 10 minutes. It was just a really inconvenient situation and I don't think I will return to this Little Caesar's.
I've had horrible customer service experience here in the past. Niki changed my opinion of that. She was awesome, very friendly, and personable.
