This 18oz Ribeye was amazing served with parmesan roasted potatoes. Can't wait to try their Italian dishes, they all looked amazing and you can tell their red sauce is slowed simmered

One off, family owned gem in the Greenwood area. Our party of 8, all ordered steaks. They were cooked perfect!!! The 18oz. Ribeye is an impressive cut! Most ordered the Fillet; those were some of the thickest filets I've seen in a while!Do not pass this place up if you are looking for a great atmosphere and steaks!!

Went to this restaurant for the first time on Saturday evening May 21st and could not have had a better experience or a better meal. The host was very pleasant and Sydney our waitress was more attentive than any waitress I can remember in modern time.I made a point of thanking the host on the way out as it was just a very pleasant evening. Highly recommend and in a very quaint area of Greenwood.

This restaurant is amazing! The food was so good! I love stuffed mushrooms and they make the best I have had so far. The service was great even though they were crowded and busy. 10 of 10 will be visiting again!

First and last visit.Bottle of wine came out already opened. Wasn’t even offered a proper taste before pouring it into all the glasses at the table.Steak was good, but over cooked to medium instead of med rare.Never had Alfredo with so much chopped up parsley in it with over cooked noodles. All the parsley just gave the pasta such a off flavor and I couldn’t eat it. Normally parsley is garnish for Alfredo, not the main flavor profile.I mean, yeah it’s in Greenwood, but expected more in service and presentation for the price.

My 1st time at La Trattoria but it won't be the last.My 18 oz. Ribeye Steak might have been the best I've ever had. As good as any famous, big name steakhouse anywhere. The Lasagna, Filets & the Talapia were all excellent. Salads were cold, crisp and fresh.Service was first rate.

The steak dinner is delicious and a pretty good deal. The pasta dishes are perfectly serviceable... if not a little boring. They have a tidy wine list and *technically* they have a full bar, although you don't get to see your waitstaff mix your cocktail in the kitchen. The indoor dining room is a bit cramped, but dining outside in warmer months is quite nice. Overall, this is a decent spot for a nice dinner, with something on the menu to please everybody.

We have been to LaTrattoria on a few occasions and mostly have had a good experience. Tonight's visit was totally different. Three of the four of us ordered filets medium rare. One came out correctly but the other two were either medium or well done. The guest with the medium steak accepted it but made a comment about the taste being off like it wasn't fresh. The other steak came out well done and also had a taste that wasn't right. The waitress was very nice about it and did take it back but said that if they butterflied the replacement steak it would come out quicker. I haven't heard of this way to speed up cooking of a filet but accepted anyway. The second steak came out over cooked again and drowning in butter & seasoning. The waitress agreed to take off the price of the steak from our bill and she then put it in a takeout box. Before she brought out the check, she said that she was told if we took it home, we would have to pay for it. I was not paying $35 for an overcooked steak that we were going to give the dog. We thought it would be appropriate for a Manager to come out to apologize but not a word. Since our friends like this restaurant, we will probably give it another chance, but was very disappointed tonight.

Food was pretty good. Was a bit miffed that we had a $100 gift certificate, which should be the same as cash. Our bill total was $86. We wanted to pay the $86 with the certificate and leave the $14 balance as a part of the tip. The waiter informed us that wasn't allowed. He gave us a new gift certificate for $14. So now we need to go spend more money and pay for part of it with the new gift certificate. We should have been able to use the $14 original balance as part of the tip.

Thee Best Steak & Spaghetti in the CityThis place is absolutely incredible! I’ve been following them since they were in Bargersville, IN and sat maybe 15 people, to now a BOOMING business. This is still not a large restaurant seating maybe 50 at a time TOPS, but that’s what makes this setting extremely intimate. Whether it be a family gathering or an incredibly beautiful night with someone special; this is THE SPOT. It’s family owned and operated with family receipts unlike ANYTHING you have ever tasted. I’ve had The Eagle, Mesh, Elmo’s; those are great places but you won’t have an experience like you will at this establishment. They take time, love and make you feel like a part of the family EVERY time. I go here every year for my birthday and plan to again this year? The only downside is no reservations, but hey..the best things in life aren’t easy.
