This place was also written by kids. They messed up my food when I got home my chicken tasted like it had been sitting in a warmer for 10 hours and it was too hard to eat the only thing that was good that I could eat was the macaroni and cheese and the mashed potatoes. The chicken was not edible. Again we have teenagers running our restaurants and this is biden's fault.
They need to have the app fixed!! If they are out of something or a 25 minuted hold on Chicken then the app needs to let the customer know. Drove to location just to be told "We don't have any Chicken". Then you have to call an 800 number to cancel yoour order and get a refund.
Well I spent 21.00 and change for two freaking meals. After our order they came to the window and said I'm sorry we don't have any dark meat will you take white meat my husband said sure but it's dry. So then they come and give us our food and we proceed to leave the store. We get home and I open up my box that's supposed to have four strips of chicken strips fries and dipping sauce which I asked for ranch in the box there was only four chicken strips. Didn't even give me a receipt at the window I am so sick and tired of fast food restaurants they don't check their bags before they hand them out they don't make sure the orders are correct or nothing but yet they want us to spend high dollar amounts on their food. I know I won't be going back to that KFC.
I've seen snails move faster then this place. I was waiting fir a order. The person preparing orders had only 1 gear and it was slow. There was noone in the drive thru but the lady working it couldn't be bothered to help with orders. The lady working the cash register was slow. I decided to stop by on way hone and got to the drive thru speaker to be told "we can't get to you for another 10/15 minutes" it wasn't busy.
Waited 25 mins in the drive tru to place the order. We ordered for a large Popcorn chicken and got very small portion of popcorn chicken served in a small fries container!!I went inside to talk to the crew and they said this is LARGE!!!! . Waited 45 minutes in the lobby for my order of 12 pc. original got back home 20 minutes later only to find out they had put 6 thighs 5 wings and 2 legs!! What happened to the 2 breast you normally get? Wasn't notified hey were sorry out of breast would you mind substituting extra thighs/wings oh but we'll just stuff this chicken in here he won't know until he gets home. Tried calling several times no answer!! I haven't been to Kentucky Fried Chicken since Popeye's came to our neighborhood 8 years ago and just wanted to change up a little!! Never will I go back to the Greenwood, Indiana restaurant on County Line
Meh... the employees are nice and food was good but the store's appearance has a lot to be desired... I think the parent company (maybe YUM Brands in Louisville, Ky?)of this store really needs to update store because it's looking a little DRAB and outdated. The drive thru window looks ick. Keep up the good work employees, maybe you'll get a more modern renovation soon.
You know I've been going to KFC a long time over 50 years and I don't remember ever having to wait on an hour for them to process the chicken into a bucket. To add insult into injury it wasn't even a correct order. I will say the chicken was cooked completely which is expected. The wait staff was a bit less desirable and had the articulate vocabulary of someone recently released from prison. I will not for any reason go back. Outside Colonel Sanders been alive he would have confiscated her thing and left.
They were out of so many things. No biscuits. No fries. I came a few hours before closing too! Their employees seem to hate their job. Their parking lot is a disaster! I suggest going extremely slow or you're going to mess your tires up! Do not recommend! Go to another location!
Definitely no no. First time around 2 yrs ago upon moving to Greenwood - was very greasy. Workers so slow. 2nd time, was excellent...just perfect. 3rd time (which was yesterday)...the bottom of original chicken was raw as if the workers were either lazy or in a hurry. Very greasy. Very disappointment. Back to square one. Never going back and order ever again. They can do better than that. Not worth even money. Time for us to look elsewhere. For anyone, don't let the top of original chicken fool you...please check the bottom of chicken that says a lot about this place! Save yourself! Save your money!
