Amazing customer service, really works with us and the best part….best pizza ever!!
Wonderful pizza, some of our favorite...but only gets 3 stars because it's wayyyyyyy over priced for the small amount of food you get. I mean it's just 8 little squats of pizza for over $20 each. It's good, but definitely just a once in a while splurge for us. Luckily there are just two of us. I definitely wouldn't recommend for a large group or family. I'd hate to imagine the price tag to feed a group.
Only had this pizza 3x but it sure is tasty...from thin crust to thick crust and many many favorite toppings, try it and fairly fast.
Such good pizza. Love the BBQ sauce. Good service. Will return.

My ordering experience was delightful! I had questions...had never had a Detroit style pizza before! Received exactly what I ordered. And it was delicious! Thanks so much Eli for taking my order And thanks to the staff for giving us exactly what we ordered!
Real positive experience with staff. Great customer service and they were quick and dressed appropriately. The store was real clean. No dirty tables or overflowing garbage. Everything appeared to be wiped down and organized. KEEP IT UP JETS!!!!!! We will be regulars there.
I tried Jet's pizza just the other day for my first time ever. It's amazing!!! Will be my go to spot for pizza from now on. The cripsy crust with turbo seasoning had the best flavor not to mention the cheese & toppings. I've eaten at a lot of pizza restaurants, there Garlic Butter & Ranch are by far the best I've had. Customer service was great they helped me make my order easy & answered all my questions because it was my first time ordering. Thank you Jet's Pizza for a great experience! Will be back.
I had Jet's Pizza today for the first time, when I told the guy when I picked it up he said I was in for a treat and I'd be back. Well I'm sure he was right, I will be back! I ordered online but when I told him it was my first he said it looked like I knew what I was doing because I ordered the deep dish turbo crust. I had looked online to see which crust was best and most people said that was the best, it was delicious. Thank you Jet's Pizza Greenwood Indiana!
HORRIBLE!!!I ordered my food and was told it would take about an hour or so. I waited an hour and 45 minutes before I called to see where my food was. On the phone I was told that they couldn't find my order and questioned if I ordered from the correct location. I paid over the phone with a credit card and had already been charged for the order. So I asked for a credit, or to deliver my food in a timely manner. They told me they couldn't return my money, and they couldn't deliver my order because I didn't have an order in their system but that I could order new food. If I wanted my money back I would have to dispute it with my bank. When I drove up there and showed them my call history and proved that the money was taken out of my account then they offered to make my food or give me a refund.The pizza is not good enough for that much hassle.
