First they have changed the marinara sauce to a cheaper grade. In less than a year the same order is almost 10 dollars more. Tasted horrible, gobs of cheese in the middle, looked bad and tasted bad. They messed it up to many times..never going back.
Order from here at least 2-3 times a month & spend $49 @ the centergrove location! Last order was wrong & they gave us $30 credit! 1st time in years it has happened! So tonight we call to use it and they dont have record.... even said the last time we ordered was 2/19! Well I order online & i see several for 2019 when I log on but it says last order 12/27/19 but they dont see the same thing I'm seeing! So we want to talk to someone! a refund! because we will never order there again! Basically was called a liar!! You cant lie what's showing in the computer!! I even offered to show what's on my order history! Just rude!! Wouldnt even give us his name!! Manager needs to learn customer service!! We are sad we have to find another favorite pizza place!! We drive from Martinsville if that dosnt tell you how much we loved it there but I wont order any where that shows conflicting Info!! Save your money!! Go to Bob's to your door!! It was awesome & fantastic customer service!!!UPDATE… I talked with manager & suggested I give them another try & I’ve ordered 2X now & both times have been excellentThank you!

Did you ever want a good version of a school pizza? That's Jack's pretty much they have actual slices of cheese, frozen crust, some sweet aauce, canned mushrooms, and so on.
Pizza was just ok not sure why they have cut back on the amount of cheese but you'd think it would at least cover the entire pizza and toppings.
Each time I order from this location I get fresh, hot, delicious pizza piled with toppings. You guys deserve kudos because you always do an amazing job!
Was told an hour on delivery, I called after 1:20, pizza arrived 1:45, COLD. I've ordered from here for 20 years, very disappointed.

We have always ordered Jacks, even as a child my parents ordered it. The last two times we have gotten it, it’s been almost 2 hours past the time we ordered, cold, looks like it’s been sitting and is absolutely disgusting. You all lost a loyal customer. Never wasting my money again.
