Very nice. Lots of fun watching them cook at your table. Delicious food so many flavors

We have almost 12 years of wonderful memories here. We've tried other places but keep coming back here because the food is just amazing!

Ate here tonight. Everything took forever. Our cook was very rude and started speaking jibberish when we asked him to make the onion volcano like the cook did for the other table. He over salted everything. The guy serving our drinks left the serving tray on the stove in front of us and we had to grab it off as it started to melt 5 minutes later.

The entire experience was as middle of the road as it gets for a hibachi restaurant. Steak and chicken were both fine, nothing to write home about. Asked for extra fried rice and the chef did not bring it out. Was charged for the extra rice even after politely asking for it to be taken off. Service was fine otherwise. I'd suggest a cheaper restaurant like the Hibachi express restaurant down the road for a better experience.

I have enjoyed visiting this restaurant since I was in college (let's just say it's been many years.) It's still our favorite! I wish we lived closer, but we don't mind making the drive since the food is delicious!

As always, this place never disappoints us. The food is very good, the service is always excellent, and we have left overs for a couple days. My husband Nathan says this place has been like this since he was a kid.

My family has been dining here for 20+ years. It is a family-favorite restaurant, and the owner is an old family friend. The staff is always very friendly, and the food is top-notch!

The service, the ambiance and oh, the food…all great! Our waitress and our hibachi chef were both so attentive and thoughtful. I will go again and take my family. Thank you House of Tokyo!

My girlfriend & I called for a to-go order, the lady said 15-20 minutes, we get their and had to wait another 20 minutes to receive our food the staff was rude, then after we ate, our stomachs instantly started hurting and we both have diarrhea now, this was our first time, will not be back, the food isn’t all that either, we recommend KUMO, that’s where we usually go. And it’s less expensive.

Have heard good things, so I will probably give them another shot. But, this visit was not good.I called ahead since it was Saturday night. The guy that answered the phone said come on in, they had 2 empty tables. I asked if we should get on the list, but he said no need. When we got there, still had to wait 10 minutes to get seated. Once seated, it took a long time to get drink orders, then the food order. Everyone was still patient, but when it was over an hour and one of the chefs was still not at our table, we were getting upset. This was especially frustrating because people that came after us were being served. It was finally explained that 2 of the chefs had covid. I get that, but my problem is instead of closing off some tables because they didn't have the staff, they decided to capture all the possible revenue at the expense of the customers. Saying there was no wait was very deceiving. There wasn't a wait for being seated. There was, however, a huge hour and a half wait to actually get food. No one would wait 90 minutes in the lobby for any other restaurant. To top it off, someone in our party ordered the fish dinner which said in the menu came with orange ruffi and a choice of salmon or walleye. The chef didn't have the ruffi and argued that he didn't have an order in for that. The waiter came over, and they argued about it in front of everyone. Eventually, the dish was placed on the grill; however, they added an extra charge for extra fish even though it was supposed to come with it. After a 2 and a half ordeal, I was too exhausted to even argue. Incidentally, 7-up is on the menu too, but the waiter was surprised and said they don't carry it.The food was pretty good but not worth the high prices, especially coupled with the horrible service.
