Other than the bread sticks being tiny and blend, everything else was amazing. My son and I shared what I think was called the owner's favorite or something like that, which tasted so good\\nWill have to order that again

Horrible service. I placed an online order at 5:35 and was told it would be ready at 6:05. Order wasn't even started. No apology or anything. Just here's your food.
Always good service. They forget items when delivering sometimes, but other than that everything is as expected.
This location has never delivered to me in less than two hours. I’m sure this pizza is good warm, but I’ve never experienced it. Every 6 months or so, I think “Donatos sounds good, I never order from there” then 2 hours later I remember why. Complete waste of money.
