I'll tell you what, I've worked for many pizza places in Chicago including Dominos. I didn't like this location when I moved here, but Manager Chris and his wife have the magical touch!!! Their pizzas are very tasty. They pour the love into their product!!!! Glad to see the pleasant change!!!MD
Jennifer violated the no contact policy for delivery. She called and said she couldn’t go up stairs so I had to come to her and hand food over in person. Why do you have delivery drivers delivering food if they can’t deliver food. Food was late too
This is the most consistent pizza place around. I order here very often. Most of the time the food is delivered within 15-20 minutes! Even when other places like Pizza Hut papa John’s or jacks says 1.5-2hr for delivery time. A couple of times the delivery driver even handed me an extra pizza for free for no reason. I would give them 5 stars for customer service and 4 stars for quality of food. Chicken wings are on the small side but they are tasty. I’ve only had two issues over the last year or two. Both were delivery issues and both were resolved promptly. I just ordered before writing this post but I have to go now my food is being delivered already. Sheeeeshh I don’t know how they do it!
After a long evening of dashing thru the snow delivering food for everyone else I thought I would get the dominos pizza I had been craving for a couple days now after all it was slightly after 12am and they were open until 1 and I had just drove past the location and saw cars in the parking lot along with the lights on and the open sign lit up clear as day. Imagine my surprise when I'm called back shortly after placing my online order to be told that they're closed and can't make my food. Pretty disappointed to say the least. I feel lied to and businesses closing whenever they want nowadays and/or claiming to be closed when they are not is seriously getting out of hand. Please don't worry about the $3 tip voucher as sadly I doubt I'll be coming back after this.Update....So awesome that I Still haven't received my money back after being told 48 hours... You guys are the best!!??
TERRIBLE SERVICE TREATMENT. I was hung up on 4 times and told I was threatening an employee which NEVER happened. I was attempting to ask for help because the store closest to me that has my money for an online order that said it was ready was never delivered. The manager who clearly does not know how to manage or help customers decided it was more important to play the victim & then prank answered the phone Marion County Dispatch. That would be fraud. so now Johnson County cops are involved, all because a manager couldn't figure out how to talk to an upset customer who's money is being held by Doninos with no product to show for it. This is one of the most terrible experiences and customer service I HAVE EVER dealt with with, & further action will be taken.
The manager here is stupendous! A few weeks ago I sent in a review of my food, and it was addressed so well. The manager gave me a full refund and even a credit towards my next order.Love this branch! Thanks for everything.
I always get hot pizza in a timely manner. I have always had good experiences with the employees and managers. I highly recommend this dominos can't get better pizza or service for the price.
This is by far the best pizza for the price on the entire south side. MUST order from this location if at all possible. Every employee I've dealt with their has been awesome & has always went above and beyond. Management has their stuff tg,the drivers are awesome & the food is an absolute W. And we're living in a world of L's. I Love Dominos! And this one in particular. Don't waste ur time and money going anyplace else! And make sure you tip and take care of them just like they will you!!!!!
We tried to order and got lied to that the oven was down. Jennifer was very very rude to my mother and once my mom caught on about what was happening, then she got polite. If you do order from here, don’t take the lying. Took my money then called saying it was down, if it is down, DO NOT TAKE ORDERS!!!!
Went inside Clean, greeted, Fast. parking lot clean but small. Off the Highway. Not directly by the main street. Which is Southport Rd. Tried the New Philly Cheese Pizza. Was good no pizza sauce . Good for those who can't have Pizza sauce.
