Ordered a birthday cake days ahead of the date we needed it. It was a simple cake with a simple birthday message to be picked up at noon on a Saturday. We showed up, and two separate runs out to our car, we basically learn they forgot to make it. Mind you, it was to be ready by noon, and we were picking up at 5pm!They came out a few minutes later with a cake which, as can be seen in the pictures, clearly had some other message and stuff scraped off the top and our words hastily put in their place. There are remnants of other letters and some red icing leftover from the rush job. They also only put the yellow icing on top instead of matching top bottom as we ordered and would be standard. Taste was good, but professionalism was severely lacking at this location.
Horrible! Went today to get an orange juius (which was fine) and a chili cheese dog and I got a plain hot dog, barely warm, on a cold stale bun. I would give zero stars but it wouldn't post until I clicked on one star.
Pulled into drive thru @ 8:15 or so, sat in line waiting to order. Pulled up to window at 8:35 to be informed that that grill had closed at 8:30 while we were sitting in line for 20 minutes. I guess we're off to find food somewhere else ?.
Ordered 2 slushies one Mango and the other strawberry kiwi. For $8.00 what a waste of money. The mango one tasted like sour pineapple no mango taste at all and my wife said the strawberry one was ok but not great. I would rather spend a dollar at Speedway and get one of their slushies than go back to this DQ.
Did not get the order...could not understand how I spent 35.00 on 5 chilli dogs and two blizzard...there was a glimmer of hope though..there was a lady...I do not know if she was a Manager..but she came in fix my sandwich made my Burger that they never put on the order...thx goodness for this lady..she is a blessing to the franchise
Window lady was rude and got mad when I told her she made it wrong. I asked for a. Strawberry cheese quake and I got strawberry and cookie dough in both.
Avoid this place if you actually want food. You can sit in the drive thru for 25 minutes because there is no real delineation of the drive-thru and “very nice people” keep cutting in. There is no way out of the drive-thru. Once you are in the que, there is no escape. Theoretically, you could exit to Main Street, but the “very nice people” are holding a MENSA convention there waiting for their chance to cut the line. When you do get to the order board, you are told the grill closed 4 minutes ago.
I regret ever coming within a mile of this restaurant it is garbage it is trash have existed like come on what Dairy Queen does not have chicken tenders was so disappointing after waiting for 15 minutes in the line. Get it together. Yes I’m fat so what get the tenders now
I heard that they recently changed owners so I gave it another try and they did not disappoint. I highly recommend this location!
Based on other reviews & our experiences the last few weeks, this location appears to be closed for good. Never open during the posted hours & now have a couple vehicles pulled in backwards to block the drive-thru. This was always our least favorite location & having nothing posted to explain what's going on, as well as generic, seemingly bot replies to reviews, seems right on brand with this store.
