We went through the drive way tonight first the girl wouldn’t speak up so we could hear the total the girl had an additude then then slammed opened the window, and got our order wrong, didn’t give the card back until after they fixed the order and made us pay again she got extremely rude with my grandma and had a bad attitude I definitely will go to handles from now on

They are having staffing issues. Dining Room was closed DT only. Service was slow and being short staffed not friendly. Blizzard was very good.

Ordered a banana split and specified that I would like nuts and a cherry on top. While at the window I watched it being made. The lady put the lid on without nuts or a cherry. When she opened the window I stopped her and politely reminded her that I Ordered the banana split with nuts and a cherry.I wish I would have asked her name. She turned around and slammed the bag on the counter, removed the lid and threw nuts on and a cherry.Seriously, I am so sorry for the inconvenience!!!No worries as I will never return to this location! I would much rather drive out of my way to drive to the DQ on Main Street and 31. The staff is so much nicer!

I love soft serve ice cream ?. Best place to get it and always has been.

Went through the drive in. Our order was correct. Staff was nice. Felt bad because they were super busy.

This is a great spot for fast and fresh food. The blizzards were very average, but the actual food was good.

Food was ok. Burger was a little dry. Ice cream was good. Pretzels were devine. The only negative was the lady who took my order. She rushed me while ordering with no one behind me in drive-thru. Then I asked to buy a box of non dairy ice cream and she sold me one bar. I asked about it when she handed bag to me, she said they are $13. Rather than bug her to go get them, I declined. I really don't like being rushed. She caused store to lose money due to hurrying customers. Not cool.

Love going to diary queen. I will say that I was a little disappointed with my most recent trip. I paid extra for more fries and it just seemed like the normal amount. My slushy also had a lot of syrup in it, I ended up letting it freeze to to eat it.

Pathetic. I was in line at 845 pm. They close at 9pm durning the week or that what I assumed they entire time I have lived here. I waited in theire line for 20 to be told our kitchen is closed and our ice cream machine is broke. The car in front of me bought 3 large blizzards, 3 small sundaes and something that is made right then... a large cone! I guess the machine wasn't broke. When I got to the window... I decided instead of coming home empty handed I would buy bars or ice cream cake. They ignored me! I knocked on the window. The locked the window. I have never ever been treated so rudely.I suggested they send someone outside to stop the cars from getting in line. She said yes. No one came our. Cars kept getting in line. How rude can you be? I mean come on. Have some respect for your customers! At least give them the option of not getting stuck in your line.

Ordered a moolatte & has big chunks of ice! Plus this location always closes early and doesn't even tell customers they're closed , just ignores them even at the window which is probably why they have the 2 posters there.
