Omg! Love me some culvers! Likes its one of my favs now! They rarely mess up orders, and if they do they are known to make things right. I visit quite often , k just love the breaded tenderloin and cheese curds! Keep up the good work. Culvers Team Of Greenwood! Thnx, Kmart Fam!
This place is normally good. However, my burgers were burnt to a crisp this time.
It's always an enjoyable experience taking my grandkids to Culvers. Service is fast and the food is great. I like the fact that they bring your items to the table.
Love the concrete mixers BUT this store misses the mark on my orders over 95% of the time. I get at least 3 mini's per week as a treat to myself. One time it took them 3 tries to get it right. My order tonight which is the same every time was a mini chocolate concrete mixer with Reese's word for word. I was given the total which I knew wasn't right so I asked if that was for a mini. Nope sorry we where going to make you a small. If the other store where closer to my route home I would go there,but it's not. So I will continue to let this store waste product to get my mixer correct. Food wise they seem to want to always give you a regular box meal even though you ordered a small. Either not paying attention or there told to punch in the order that way as most customers won't complain and just pay for the larger meal. This is for drive through.
Went thru the drive thru for 2 singles and 2 fries. Got 2 singles to where the meat was so thin you couldn't taste it and the fries tasted like they were a day old. This restaurant is slipping in quality. There's too many other places to go, I doubt if I'll go back.

Great place to work! Staff and managers are very friendly and do the most to make your experience worth while. Only downside was working with Robert Richards. Started out okay but then became lazy and started to not show up and never call in. He was extremely slow and unhelpful no matter how many times we tried to help him. Rob put way more effort into his nasty review than he ever put into his actual job. That’s why he was fired within 2 months. It takes 2 to tango Rob. Before you bad mouth us focus on actually being a half decent employee!
Former employee here ... Never personally been a customer of Culver's, and to be honest, probably never will... At least not this location! The reason orders take so long is because most of the employees stand around playing on their phones! The kitchen is absolutely filthy! I can't begin to tell you how many times I saw people handling food without washing their hands or even wearing gloves (Brandon is REALLY bad about that) Managers are rude and lazy (Brandon and Tim, I'm talking about you) I understand that this place employs alot of minors, but management takes zero initiative with these kids in telling them that a job is not play time! So while 5 or 6 kids are throwing french fries at each other in the kitchen, I'm stuck doing their jobs (not to mention my own job) and the managers are in the back office sitting down drinking Starbucks coffee...... To be fair, there are a few hard workers here who will go the extra mile to make the customer happy (Alicia, Ashley, Tyler, Brock, Aundi... Y'all were wonderful to work with and I wish you the best)Overall, you're better off choosing steak and shake. The food is better, service is better, they treat their employees better (like not writing them up for being sick, despite having a doctors order to quarantine... Just saying) also, I bet the kitchen doesn't have 3 week old fries behind the counters! (true story)
Food was great. I ordered and gave my name. When I arrived at the window they gave me a name, I gave them the correct name and my food was ready.
Good place to eat me and my wife goes at least once or twice a week if not more
