First Crumbl experience- peachy cookie- 4/10, original milk chocolate chip cookie- 6/10, Reece cups peanut butter cookie- (how it’s served warmed) 1/10 it’s gritty and weird. I decided to chill it and give it another try and it’s 9/10 chilled!Twix shortbread cookie- 10/10 the best cookie I’ve ever had! ?
I got a cookie ordered in seconds. They were very friendly and my cookie was right out of the oven! So nice to have a home made cookie that’s delicious! And they are huuuuge! Thanks Crumbl Cookie’s.
I've heard great things about this place from several coworkers. Or first visit was Saturday 05/28 at around 2:15 we arrived and there was a line, no big deal. Waited a little over five minutes. Bought four expensive cookies (Berry Crunch, Kentucky Butter Cake, Nila Bean Cupcake and Chocolate Peanut Butter Chip) about $14. Got home to open the box and they looked OK but they were heavy and three of the four cookies weren't cooked thoroughly and they pretty much all tasted like they all had the same bland base. The chocolate peanut butter chip didn't even taste like chocolate. I can't even describe the taste. We didn't finish any of them and threw them all away. What a let down. Yet another place I'll never go back to in Indiana. Just terrible ?
Worth the hype! Tried the peanut butter bar and it was delicious! Very thick and tons of frosting. Definitely worth the $4, especially since it’s equivalent to four average size cookies. Highly recommend!

Went for a treat after swim practice but was disappointed. The cookies looked and smelled great, but were just not very good.Ordering process was simple, the bakery was very clean and the staff was polite. Brought the cookies out to a car full of excited kids and they all took small bites and said "no thanks" when offered more. $16 for 4 cookies and we ended up throwing away most of it.For that price, I would much rather support a small local bakery instead of a franchised chain. Will not return, and will not recommend to others.
