I called and placed a reservation for a Sunday at 6:10 pm. We still waited about 15 min when we got there. Not a big deal. Our server was nice it was JD. He got everything we needed or asked for in a timely manner and was very polite. The issues we had were that we ordered our food and it took the kitchen over 40 minutes to get our food out. The food runner brought out half of our meal which we understand the trays aren’t big enough, but if that’s the case then bring the kids meals first; every adult in the world would be fine with their kids eating first. When the food runner brought out my husband sizziln fajitas he didn’t bring the tortillas so we had to wait for JD to come check on us; which wasn’t long thankfully(!) to get his tortillas. The food was good and the server was great. The wait, food runner, and kitchen definitely need some work. When the food runner does things like that it makes the server look bad, luckily we’ve worked in the food industry for over 10 years each and know it wasn’t his fault. That messes with the servers tips for some people.
So an order was placed online , waited for curbside delivery… no one comes. Go inside to find out what’s going on only to find out the order was given away. Ridiculous, you had one job and screwed it up… and to put the icing on the cake… nothing done for the inconvenience. Really? Really? Save yourself the headache and overpriced cafeteria food… you can definitely do better than these clowns.
Great location. Parking lot is in pretty rough shape, especially in a low riding car. Walked in to workers lounged out in booths by the carry out entrance. We went to the front to be seated and waited a few minutes before being taken to a booth surrounded by several dirty table tops. Our server quickly took our order, kept up on drink refills and food was made perfectly to order. First impressions are everything hence the 4 star rating.

The food I got was not good at all. The broccoli was hard as ever. I asked for sauteed onions and mushrooms and they clearly was old and very salty. I made it work because normally I have good visits. Our server was excellent and did a great job.
Went there last night for curbside. Brought everything out fine. When I got home (which is over 30 minutes away) o open my food and my nachos are completely burnt. I mean they are so dark brown there's no way it wasn't seen. There were no condiments with it except sour cream which I specifically said I didn't want.My kids got burgers. They said they were pretty good but lacking salt (could totally be a preference thing on that)I used to love chili's but now I'm not sure about going back. They've increased prices (which is fine because well prices are increasing on their supplies) but their quality has gone down.
Waited 20 minutes at the door to be seated. Not a single person said hi, or acknowledged us. And we weren't the only ones. Once we decided to go somewhere else, another family followed us out the door because they were tired of waiting as well. And it was dead in there. I watched an employee wrap silverware then step outside. Never once came to the front to the growing line of people who were just waiting to be seated in an overall, empty restaurant. Maybe will try again in the future. But at the moment, leaning towards a no...
They are doing the best they can with the short staff they had. Food was good. The wait at the door to get seated was longer then it should of been but eventually we got seated. All in all I would recommend this location.
The bad reviews here are surprising. I’ve been going to this location for years and can’t think of a time where I had poor service.Visited today and our server was awesome. She appeared to be the only one waiting on six tables and she was hauling butt. Our food was fresh, our refills and drinks came out quickly, and it was mostly quiet.The restaurant could benefit from a good cleaning — special attention going to the windows and floors. The building is aging and needs a little TLC; the tables and chairs aren’t dirty, however. This is where a star is lost for me.During today’s visit, it took a few moments for anyone to acknowledge us when we stood and waited for a table. That was as long as it took to get help. Otherwise it was pretty much spot on.
Long wait but that's to be expected with COVID and staffing issues.Waiter completely forgot about out table and the 2 tables surrounding us. One table just got up and left all their food on the table without eating. Wasn't even able to find our waiter for a box or straws. Never had drinks refilled. Never came to check on us after bringing the food. Recieved our appetizer after our food. Had to flag down a Waitress from another section. Tried to flag down our waited at one point as he was walking through the aisle. He turned his head and ignored us while my hand was up and waving and I was saying "Hey" and "Excuse me". That was the only time I saw him between dropping off our food and leaving.Food was good and fresh and I don't feel justified leaving 1 star because the cooks did their job well. Just extremely poor service. We were nothing but friendly and patient with him the few times we interacted with him.
