The one at the mall is always terrible. Wish DoorDash would take them off and use another one even if it’s further away

Frequented this establishment quite a bit until I started getting gristly, chewy, weird tasting chicken. I haven't been back since.
I love the food, and franchise. However, this location disappointed me. I will not come back. I have been a restaurant manager. I know how customer service should be handled. This was not it. In my opinion, the customer comes first always, and making sure they leave happy. So, they want to come back. Saying your sorry, and getting snippy with a customer, is not setting a good example for others. I'm more disappointed in the manger who was in the back. Didn't ask any questions. Did not even acknowledge me. When he seen I was upset. I'll be praying for this location, and it's workers. That God will help open eyes, and bring in grace.
Always super fast! It is run like a well oiled machine. Generally, very clean.
The service was very good. This was the Greenwood Mall location and it was extremely busy. The wait was minimal in spite of the long lines. Two thumbs up for this location!
