Love getting the lunch buffet, I don't however like coming in and seeing personal drinks of the staff sitting on the salad and pizza bars. I have also seen a female manager eat veggies and ranch behind the salad bar and then proceed to refill the salad bar. NO HAND WASHING IN BETWEEN. These are very gross things to see going on. The employees drinks and food need to be in a break area... NOT on the buffet, salad bar or prep table behind the salad bar! Honestly if it wasn't for the amazing lady who works the dining room at lunch, I probably would have stopped coming here already! She is that personable.
Went to this location When we 1st walked up the mulch was on fire and everyone inside said they knew about it but we're doing nothing. waitress Mckenzy asked if we want to go up to the salad bar one time or multiple times we say 1 time we put our salads on 2 different plates she walks up in front of all of the customers and says I'll have to charge you for the 3rd salad without explaining why. Ask for the manager he just stands there stares at us and says sorry and walks away. Well I hope that $5 salad was worth losing 4 customers.
Best fast food pizza buffet around in my opinion all there food is awsome and for 11$ it can't be beat.
Buffet is always good but I think they need to have more variety in pizza switching up as they rotate the pizzas
Me and my daughter had a great dinner here. I has not been to Chicago's for a long time and I really enjoyed it. There is not alot of pizza places where you can go in and eat anymoreWaitress was so nice.
It's changed a lot from when I was a kid. It reminded me of a pizza hut. Which was kind of disappointing.. I thought more highly of them. Overall it was good and our server was a sweet gal. Their breadsticks were absolutely delicious though... mmm. Id go back for them.
Always great service and food. The servers are polite and friendly. Best pizza in the city.
Needed more help! Two waitresses were not enough. They were meeting themselves coming and going. But they did a fantastic job ?.

Chicago's is an amazing establishment! Their lunch buffet is so affordable and delicious. They don't bother with all the overly fancy pizza types, and pretty much stick to the basics, but it works. This specific location is my favorite, and the employees are great people. Locally owned by a really great family. Couldn't ask for more from a pizza place!
