Line went quick in the drive through. I was hoping to get a strawberry shake but they don't have those at all - chocolate and vanilla only. The jalapeno popper bites used to be my favorite (haven't had them in a long time) but they weren't good at all. They have gotten smaller and you could tell they'd been sitting for a while.
Chicken sandwich was not fresh. Fries were not fresh, even though i asked for them to be well done. They werent well done, not fresh, but old and nasty!
We had ordered some jalapeno poppers, but they were not hot just barely warm but no cheese inside
BEST VANILLA ICED COFFEE HANDS DOWN! The only complaint is their large is not nearly big enough! I order two and request an additional large "soft drink cup" and transfer both into it. Service is always prompt, professional..they know I adore them and their spectacular iced coffee lol!
Doors locked at 5:30 PM on a Saturday. No sign on the door saying they were closed. Drove 5 minutes to the Burger King by Rural King and had a great experience. This location still can't get it together. It's amazing that this one is still around, it's been the worst Burger King in the area for over 10 years, and continues to be.
When a guest ask you to make something fresh and its ready when you pull around, ITS NOT FRESH!!! HOW HARD IS IT TO MAKE YOUR CUSTOMERS HAPPY?
Just ordered the new bacon whopper melt. I received a jr. bacon whopper melt,because I was told that that's the only way it comes. Clearly on the display and advertisements it supposed to be a actually whopper. Not happy at all
Worst Burger King ever! The employees like to talk smack to the customers just for fun and the management does nothing about it!
Came through the drive thru and ordered 2 large Big King XL meals. I got home to discover that I was given 2 cheeseburgers. I came back and explained what happened and the lady at the drive thru window told me they didn't have the Big King XL meals any longer. I asked her why they didn't tell me that instead of just giving me what I got. She became dismissive when I asked her that. I will not be returning to this particular Burger King.
It was a bad experience, the whopper was just like left over from the morning cold & the bread was not fresh at all. I had my order at 3 pm and eat in, this branch is not as good as the others. I will never deal with them again !!
