I asked for drenched boneless wings & this is what I got. Few of them aren’t even covered in sauce. My sister pre-called in advance & asked them to put extra sauce on wings. (Their we’re more wings, my sister & I split them already).
Food was warm picked it up before scheduled time by 5 mins once I was home the large fries were a joke about the size of a McDonald's medium fry.
I haven't had Buffalo Wild Wings in about two years due to the horrendous experiences I've had at every Lafayette/West Lafayette location.To name a few of the issues:Waiting 1.5+ hours after the ETA given with online ordering to get the wrong food.Waiting 1+ hour dining in to get the wrong order (absolutely no one but me in the restaurant)Consistently no sauce on the wings, at times absolutely no sauce when requesting extra.This location?Went on a semi-busy Saturday with 2 (at most 3) servers working.Had our food within 15-20 minutes, waiter was extremely attentive, and everything came out fantastic.10/10 every Buffalo Wild Wings in Indiana could learn from how this store is managed.
Sat here and ordered 5 minutes later than my table, and now I’m waiting for a classic chicken wrap; so 30 minutes later, after everyone is done, I’m sitting here, waiting patiently, and i'm getting told over and over, “It’ll be out!” and it never did. If i come back, and I wait for nothing again, I’m speaking with my lawyers, and filing a lawsuit against this building. I understand this is a, over the top, borderline, useless statement, but I don’t think I want to trust a cooperation who doesn’t serve their customers. To be very clear the waitress was very nice, just can’t trust this business ever again.
Was actually a pretty good experience this visit. Wings were quite good, service exceptional. The pickles were spot on, and my wife liked the knots. As always, cost more than it should, but was just about worth it. Keep this up, and the brand can turn itself around.
Ordered food then went to turn in points for opinion rings and was informed oh by the way we are out of onion rings. I have to wait 24 hours to get points back. So I left very disappointed. I should have been told when I ordered not after I clicked on reward. The person was assisting me so they knew what I was attempting to do!
We approached the host stand and told them we had a reservation and was told that they didn’t accept reservations. After I told her I made it on open table she said that they don’t use the reservations even though you can make them on open table. Bad start to the dining experience…we went across the street to Cheddars and had a great experience.

Arrived at location and was told by hostess that our OpenTable reservation wasn’t honored at their location and they don’t know why the app gave us the option. Wings were tiny compared to other BW3 locations, will not visit again .
The food was really good and the waiter, Shawn made sure we got the right food we wanted and made sure we enjoyed our meal. I really do recommend coming here. The waiters are really nice
