My girlfriend and I dined yesterday evening 45 minutes before close, and the service was wonderful. We were afraid it was too late, but the staff was more than willing to serve us. We just had a spinach artichoke dip appetizer, but it was delicious! We have been before, and the burgers are also very good. Our server, Chris, was very attentive and polite. He made us feel welcome by going out of his way to have some short, but meaningful conversations. If a manager sees this, we would like you to know that Chris (worked the evening of 6/2/22) was outstanding and that we are very thankful for his hospitality and gift! We highly recommend BJs to anyone.

Ok , ordered supreme pan crust pizza. Other than not as buttery as Pizza Hut pan crust back in the day. This has got to be my favorite pizza. Wow. So amazing. Definitely eating here againOk, second visit and still amazing. Ordered tri t tip wedge. First two bites of steak, I thought no no no, the steak has bbq sauce, as I took another bite, the sweetness with savory just worked. Oh it was so good.
Honestly, I wouldn’t come here unless I had a gift card to use. No wings, thighs were okay instead, BBQ was good but the chicken was lukewarm. Gluten free burger.. this is what I received at first, then a cold bun on a separate plate 10 minutes later. Service was okay.
Manager was on his phone at the front of the restraunt just hanging out while his staff was barely managing to handle less than 10 tables. He also failed to greet or check on any of his guests. The food was good, but mostly the service was slow and you can tell the waiters and waitresses were not trained to do more than the minimum for their guests. We waited 15 minutes for a glass of tea. I hope my next visit will not be a special occasion like this meal was supposed to be, was not the experience I was hoping for.
The worst service since I’ve been going to BJ’s! Ordered drinks and only received water. Asked the hostess if she could get our server. The server came with our drinks and said she was busy making margaritas for another table. Poor excuse. Maybe 10 minutes later another server brought drinks to our table and realized we already had them.Two of the 3 meals was very good. However, the Prime Rib dip was very dry. When placing the order the server asked if she wanted cheese and said yes….no cheese. She originally ordered the nachos but was told they were out of the cheese sauce.I’ll be back but if I get the same experience, it will be the last time.
Had the worst experience with the manager Scott. He was extremely rude!! He not a people person AT ALL and I have no idea how he's a manager! I started to turn around and decided to stay because it was so late.Our night got better. Sara was our waitress and she was such a sweet heart. She's the reason I gave 3 stars instead of 1. Although she deserves 5 stars.
The food and staff are always fantastic we never have a bit of trouble I personally like their homemade brewed cream soda. If you like beer it certainly a craft area to be. The bar is good and the service is fast. I'd like to especially thank them for hosting us on veterans Day it was our choice to go there and we did not regret it the food was fantastic the service even better
Has both a Sports Bar atmosphere but also has booths for more private dinners. Every dish I have had at BJ’s has been fairly priced and tasty. Their desserts are quite yummy as well!
