I asked for their bourbon chicken and received what I hope was pork instead of the chicken. 24 hours later and I've been in the restroom 20+ times.
Food is barely room temp qnd hard asked for spicy chicken got maybe 2 small pieces qnd all veggies. Ordered the kids portion as their menu board is messed up and I couldn't find it and then she was rude when I didn't know veggies were considered an entre portion. Egg roll was super cold qnd lo mean noodles had no taste to them.
All the people working here have been pleasant and the food has been very good each time. The people here giving bad reviews and saying they are throwing up probably have a digestive issue..
I would not recommend working at Asian Chao! When it comes to a check that you are old and you tell them about it it seems like they don't care about it. Even after they tell you that they would look in on it
Employees are not using proper hygiene procedures !!!! Saw one playing with her nose. No gloves , mask on half way. Legit touched food right after. Another employee drinking from her cup and straw right out of soda machine. Really gross.
made me very sick afterwards. i felt horrible and felt like i was gonna puke. stomach pain all night. noodles are tasteless and dry.
About the only Chinese food place I'll go.
Little lady maybe 20 was Super rude. I asked how long the wait would be on noodles even though I had previously asked half an hour prior and they said ten to fifteen minutes so I said I would come back... still no lo Meir noodles.i asked to speak to a manager and explained the situation and she said the manager wasn’t there and that it didn’t matter because it would still be another 15 minutes and was SO rude about it. I told her she was rude and she started yelling at me. I walked away and told the cashier she was being horrible and he laughed. Not ever returning.
Horrible food and service
I love the asain Chao's in the mall. I eat there everytime. I feel that it is affordable for the amount of food they give you and it tastes great.
