This place has the worst customer service ever! I have tried to give them a chance several times because it’s close to my house but nah…. I will just have to travel to a different spot cause the employees are horribly trained there. And if you guys aren’t open until midnight then maybe take down the “OPEN LATE “ midnight sign??? Rude people here.
I ordered my food 25 minutes before I arrived , then once I got there they said a few minutes and my food was coming up, I waiting and another 15 minutes and come to find out the guy or the lady dropped my wings, so I had to wait another 15 minutes cause I like my wings crispy..they do too much talk in the back of the store and they need a grown manager with strick rules to get this store together no matter the day or time this wing stop is the worst within a 100 mile radius....please upper management get this store under control, your going to lose your business messing with these kids in here . And even after all that waiting my chicken wasn't crispy at!!! All!!!! What a damn shame!!!!!! I sure hope they make changes to the whole staff that was there today .
Great atmosphere, worker was great getting all the orders on his own, busy but still was cordial and had a quick talk with me, food was fresh and very hot great experience will be back here
i ordered on valentine’s day some boneless wings through the app. 20 minutes later they called me saying they were out of boneless because or super bowl sunday, which i get. they offered to give me traditional wings (which they offered way less wings for traditional then i ordered boneless) so i said nah just give me a refund. the girl said the manager was gone but she’d write my name and number down so i can get my refund and still have not received it two months later. i want my $26.93 back as i received absolutely no food!!
I love lulu and Cameron here they was so respectful they made my food so good I usually get the atomic and people usually be so heavy on the sauce that I barely eat all my food but today Cameron made my wings so special he dip it very well and I ate all my food for the first time and LuLu was wiping the tables cleaning the work place she showed safety and a clean environment Good Job Cameron and LuLu me and my sister was well please

Food was cold and nasty and then customer service was horrible.
I honestly come here sometimes, and never had a problem with my food.Workers always have been friendly towards me, and got good service.My food wasn’t suppose to be done for another hour for some reason, and one of the workers was nice enough to fix that problem for me, and got to my order quickly. Thank you.
The store has done a full 360 thanks to new management a whole new staff and a whole new attitude good food great customer service keep it up grant location
