It's was nice to come back to our hometown and have some old fashioned White Castles. Instead of the store bought. "God" Bless!?
I guess my taste buds have out grown this food. Lets just say that.
It's been a while since I've had White Castle but it was good if you haven't tasted them in a while or have tried at all now is the time which ever you do enjoy!????
DISGUSTING!!!!! Hair was in my food ???. I have long blonde hair. I would never ever recommend this place. Asked for impossibles w NO cheese. Clearly they cannot read. Had an order of cheese sticks w no marinara. These ppl must be extremely lazy and sloowwww ..
Burgers were on point! Chocolate milkshakes were awful!! They were not mixed with enough chocolate and didn't even taste like vanilla either. We were in the 6th car in the drive thru and it took over 30 minutes to get our food. Super Slow!!!
We went to the one on Broadway in Gary. They make the best burgers to me. We got fresh cooked and delicious food ?. Thanks to all the workers for being so kind too.
Always a 10 to 15 minutes wait in the drive through, must be a real shortages of employees only two working raise the pay,the one in East Chicago is never open
The customer service was great, young polite people who actually got my order right with no attitude. I will definitely recommend this location and my food was HOT & FRESH. That NEW 1921 slider was AMAZING also!!
The four stars are relative to the food and the overall experience on what you would expect from a White Castle. The food was on point. The staff were extremely professional and courteous.
I ordered chicken rings and got onion rings, those onion rings were awesome, but I SAAAAAID chicken RINGS...LOL
