( Please be patient Good BBQ is not rushed) I’m a former Chef from Disney & Briar Ridge Country Club. The other day I was waiting for an appointment and had 2hrs to kill. I seen this BBQ place not far from my job location. Read some reviews and gave it a Try. Wow and Amazing are the two words came to mind after trying the Pork Ribs , Chx Wings, Hot links & the home made potato salad. The BBQ master uses a special rub that tints the skin a yellow hint. It’s all flavor. The Hickory smoked flavor comes out of the food the moment you taste it. This small family run restaurant definitely Put a lot of Time & Love into their BBQ. I spent about $40 to try everything but the food portion is Good. Definitely had leftovers. This place is better then the Horrible Big Daddy’s BBQ
Service is terrible. Soo slow. There for lunch. Waited over 40 mins for some links. Ask for a compensation of a pop cause they made me late. Said no. When I explained. Then wanted 25¢ more on the pop my friend asked with his food. When they made us lunch. Don’t serve lunch if you can’t handle it. If you got a certain time limit. Be aware. Very slowwww. And cashier lady sucks.
The pork rib was tender and fresh and had the perfect amount of Sauce ??♀️Had me Dancin In My Seat
I had to go because of the video I saw on fb, with the dude holding the machete while talking about Big Daddy's and Phenomenal. I figured I would be too scared to go or had to go and taste the best bbq this side of the Mississippi. I got the turkey tips and side of fry. The fries weren't overly sauced, although a little more than my preference, but not too bad; they were really good?. The tips not so much?. The turkey had NO seasoning...the bbq sauce is not enough to help. And they had a burnt taste. They were nice and tender though. PLEASE season the turkey and watch the fire. Other than that, the place was clean, the worker was nice and she smiled, and the prices are reasonable.
Oh man. Super good. Came for wings. No wings. Got rib tips. Yum. So so good. Highly recommend.
Uncle Pig is a big "Hell Nawl". Their portion size for $21.00 (combo meal of tips and hot links) is truly for the birds. I mean the smallest pieces of rib tip ever. Gotta do better if you want my money again. thumbs down ?
I tried calling my order in. They said they don't take orders over the phone I have to come in to order. I asked how long will that take. He said about 10 minutes. I went in and ordered. I ordered tip and link which didn't come with fries. I ordered a small order of fries. I used a debit card and they charge $1 for using a card but she didn't tell me she was nor is it posted. The food was very good. No complaints at all about the food.
I purchased a large rib tip and potato salad. The meat was really good and tender. The sauce was amazing! I did request a slice of bread and the potato salad was really good as well. The service was fast as well. I will be returning.
Went tonight for the 2nd time and got the link and tip combo. Fire!
