This is the worst Taco Bell in Gary. The very rude staff are young and inexperienced with customer relations. If your order is not to your satisfaction, hope a manager is on site. If not, you will see the inexperience work staff fly by the seat of their pants without a clue. I hate to use the word "ghetto," but it is what it is.

Will FAST food places get back to FAST business with GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, PLEASE! I'm 1 step closer to not going to any until they get it right. T.B's Drive thru was very long, moving slowly. I see a sign in the window that said "Lobby Open" I park, the door was open. I go in & both kiosk hv "Out of Order" signs. I stand at the counter, several people working but no one says anything. The young lady at the drive thru looks back, then looks at co-workers but says nothing. 2-3 mins later, she turns around & yells out, "the Lobby is closed." I literally only wanted a slushie!! Taco Bell U should be ashamed of this type of service. Managers need to be held accountable for the workers on their duty. This is deplorable & it's not the first time but, now that I've seen its company wide, I'm done until u repair the problem, this is the 3rd one I've been to with SLOW service & bad attitudes. I hope other customers follow. Maybe when we consumers stop accepting this shenanigans, take our business else where then you'll get the message and TRAIN employees again! IF not, at least I won't be back & I'm sure looking at the reviews, I'm not the only one
The worst customer service ever. Got into the line at 9:45 pm and the girl that works inside has her hairs open and is preparing Tacos for her personal use. When someone tells her to go take the orders and she replies that I don’t care we close. They should be closed at 10pm. Then she walks up to the counter and tells everyone that they are closed. Unbelievable!! The management at this location should be ashamed to say the least.
Guy working the counter this evening was super nice but could tell he was very stressed out.The girls in the back part definitely need to be retrained on how to prep the food though. They were friendly, really stressed out from the rush, but did not even try to get my order right at all. No meat changes, no sauces added, did not get my 5 layer burrito. Just made another soft Taco in place of it. Everything was thrown together in a rush. Very messy.It would be different if at least one thing came out right, but none of it did.Receipt at the end showed that everything was exactly how I wanted it. So I'm really unsure as to where the mix up was.TLDR: Would avoid asking for compex orders or any changes to foods. Employees are very stressed out and will throw things together in the rush. Counter worker is friendly though.
Seriously thought I’ve already been to the worst Taco Bell in the nation but this one just topped it at all. The laziest staff I’ve ever seen standing around playing on their phone while I’m standing in line waiting to order my food. After I received my order I gave it back to him. Staff member became belligerent they wouldn’t even give me back my receipt. Ripped it out of my hand and threw the trashcan took my food and threw it in the trash. Truly wish I could give a negative -⭐️
While the food was good. The order prep was not correct. Got beef in a black bean crunch wrap and the price was wrong. Charged more and the cahier didn't know the correct way enter it. However the order was corrected and service was friendly.
Takes a minute but the staff is well worth the wait. AWESOME EMPLOYEES
Buying food from Taco Bell all you get is lettuce and cheese, no meat. This is the third time I've visited there, I'll never go again.
I ordered a #5. Nachos bell grande with a taco and two beef burritos. The cashier rang it up wrong and forgot to make it a number 5, so I got a nachos bell grande and two beef burritos and a large drink. Then this scary chick wants to argue with me about what I ordered when I confronted her. This generation is beyond intolerable. It’s probably her sassy attitude that got her fired from other jobs in the area because you don’t back talk to paying customers with an attitude like that. She acted like I was trying to rob her whole family over a taco. Maybe it’s a reverse discrimination thing because she was a black girl and I am a white man. It’s like an ex gf said, they may serve you, but it’s going to be the worst service you ever had and you won’t want to come back for the rest of your life.
