Closed the walk up window , order was wrong. Service was slow and sarcastic. Will never go there again
Easily the SLOWEST food service place I've ever been to. From Florida to Seattle, this is by far the worst. Waiting at the drive through for over 20 minutes and still waiting for them to take my order. I was only the second car in line.
On 7-5-22 at 9:27p.m. the on duty manager allowed a shirtless young boy to come into the facility. The kicker is the drive-thru clerk (teenager) had on a wife-beater and basketball shorts. This place is by far the most unprofessional establishment that exists in Gary.
So far so good. They are friendly, and the foods and drinks are good.
This place has great food bit the staff at this location seems rude and they can be a bit slow for a fast food joint.
Been to several Rally,all them is the same... fast food,fast service at a pretty decent value.You get what is expected
Can still be good when the workers actually care, but let's be honest, most times, they don't.
Place sucks. Food sloppy and cold. Waited 30 mins after I paid for the food. Everything was cold except wings. Barely use of any condiments
I drive for Uber eat and this is the worst restaurant I have ever went to staff is so unprofessional I wouldn't recommend this place to nobody and need to be closed down every time I come to pick up an order here it's always something
I only went to get a chocolate shake. My mother/law was craving ? They were out of chocolate. But they are still a wonderful place.
