Sign says open until 10. The two lady’s behind the counter decided after 5 customers they were done at 8:30 and turned us away after waiting in line for 10 minutes

Most RACIST Pizza Hut customer service from the short girl, she treats the customers based on our colors, she shouldn't be near customers, bad for your business
Staff were new and freshly trained. So speed isn’t something I’d expect from here for a while. Still has deals if you want to get multiple things which is nice. Not every Pizza Hut express has the combo deal part.
They don't care about customers there was many people wanting pizza hut willing to wait and just gave up after a while and left.I waited for at least 20 mins before asking around if it was closed around 7pm I asked Verizon if pizza hut was even opened anymore (store was very busy and I waited in lines and etc) I wait around another 10 mins and I asked the restaurant to the left of pizza hut and they said he was just on his 30 min break tell me how his 30 min break took an hour then i over hear after I order the woman at the other restaurant that I asked where he was went to him quietly saying don't worry I told the manager you only just took your 30 min break don't worry about it

Always got the drink with the combos now to tell me number five which includes four items doesn't come with a drink and this is supposed to be by a manager what a bunch of BS cuz I've always got a drink with the combos

What. A. Joke. Why would you stack food in the same box. Soggy undercooked mess. This would be no different than stacking 2 pizzas on top of each other to save a box.
