First time customer swinging by for a great tasting chicken philly sandwich! Phoned in order and the cashier was friendly and courteous. There's a clear barrier to view workers in the prep/kitchen area and all workers were moving expeditiously to get orders out. There was a nice flow of customers picking up orders as well as a few solo customers dining in. One star was deducted because the sandwish was dipped without asking my preference over the phone. This made the handling a lot more messier than anticipated. In addition, the to-go menu was outdated. Thanks for the experience! Not sure why the reciept shows 4/2/22 because today is 4/1/22. Maybe this entire experience is an April Fool's joke.
Now this is a proper philly steak stop everyone should try. Deliciously flavored food, great quantities of food per order, and an awesome staff! Highly recommend the Philly or a Gyro, either is great to fill a hungry stomach! One of my top ranked Philly stops in Indiana!! Give them some love!
We ate here Wednesday 3/23.22 at 4:30 pm. You walk in and Order at the Side Register. There is Several Combo Meals on the Menu Board to Choose from. We Ordered the #1, Philly Steak Combo and the #8, Patty Melt Combo. They give you your Drink Cup that you fill at the Fountain, and wait for your Order Number to be Called. There is a Lot of Orders going out the Door, There is Not a Lot of Tables to Sit at. The Food is made right there at the Grill. The Food was Amazing, The Fries were Hot, Fresh and Plenty of them.
Food was great.One of the ladies at counter is very pleasant, the other NOT so much.The place could be a little cleaner.Yes I will eat here again before I leave the area in two weeks.
Today I ordered at Philly Steak & Lemonade with my family, And i ordered a burger I came home and ate a piece, it was raw, I had a very bad experience here and it made me sick to my stomach, I am a 9 year old and i got sick behind this. Never eating here again! And when we returned it the person who made my burger laughed at this when we told them about the raw burger.
No at all what I orderedDidnt receive my whole order. Paid 12 dollars for 2 dry nasty burgers and they closed before I even received my order. Wouldn't replace with out the whole order but my mate ate theirs and isn't worth ever going back. This isn't the first mistake .
If I could give this place zero stars I would.If you want some Ghetto fabulous customer service this is the place.I called and placed a to go order and get there and they said they don’t have my order.We tried to compare the phone number thinking I had another place but no it was their number.The counter girl doesn’t even apologize just says,”Regardless we don’t have your order”.So I had to reorder what I wanted.The counter girls are super rude n so trashy at this place.Save your money n go somewhere else.
The food here is amazing! Order a Philly Steak combo,and a double fish sandwich. Both were incredibly delicious, and it didn't break the bank. (They have Orange Crush as one of their foutin drinks choices)
The fat cashier was very hostile and rude but the cooks made up for it. Food was amazing. But the cashier that was heavy set Mexican, she needed to go. She even lied to a customer about not having shakes due to her laziness. I won't go back til cleaner less lazy people take over. Like the other workers!
Grew up there my husband and I our whole lives. Been going there for years never had a problem untill today! Made our food wrong completely we were told we'd have to come back right now or it wouldn't be corrected! We dont live close at all I dont appreciate the tones on the phone! Unprofessional more than not lately! Will not go back.
