My experience was HORRIBLE customer service was Terrible Over the Phone and when I Got there. My Order wasn’t even Ready and I was told they didn’t Even Prepare my Order as if I Never Placed it at all. Only Option was to take someone else’s Order that was on the Counter for Pick up NEVER WILL I GO AGAIN I WILL PASS
Food is great but service is horrible really running a good food place into the ground. Calling in the order does not seem to help said 15 minutes took over 30 minutes!
A must try are their grilled wings with barbeque sauce and a bucket of fries. The wait on this order is longer because of the grilling process but it is soooo worth it. The fries are hand-cut with skin on. These fries rival some of the higher end restaurants I have frequented. The sauce is a must have on EVERYTHING! My mother-in-law and I buy an extra container of their sauce to put on other foods. It enhances the flavor of many meats. I would advise patrons to call in their order in advance because this establishment stays busy but the staff is friendly.
Had some Turkey Tips and Links today and they was fye. It tasted like it did when they first opened. They answered the phone and everything. I will be returning for more

My son told me about this place. While visiting for just a day, We stopped by. I tell you, I've been in ATL 7 yrs now. OHHH how I miss out back home food. Their rob tips are 'Phonomenal'?????????️We packed and flew back home. I shared with family there. We all were licking our fingers. I love my tips a lil burnt? They didn't disappoint me. These places in ATL don't know what a rib tip is??♀️? For me, There's a few places when I come home I must hit. Ray'sLincoln's, 5th ave. Tacos and Edwardrodo's pizza. I'm adding Phonomenal's to my list.????The sauce, You'll lick Your fingers??????Phnomenal come to Atl and Cartersville, Ga.You'll be rich for sure. Oh fry and sell some fish. They DONT know how to do that either.? Nothing like back home food. There's a wait where ever u got now. But u don't mind when IT'S WORTH WAITING FOR??BJLMILLER
The restaurant food was absolutely terrible, ribs were dry and overcooked, almost like leather with sauce. The chicken was extremely overcooked and overpriced for the quality of food I was given. This place should be named leatherback ribs, almost chipped a tooth trying to chew through the ribs, and I actually sliced my gum with a bone that was in the rib, there was no rib in that whole plate that was tender, I also had a ton of hard bones in my plate, not gristle, BONES. The chicken was nothing short of just plain bad. Dry, flavorless and doused in sauce to mask the dryness. I want my $38 back!!!! Buyer beware!!!! Also the links were like bricks, dry and burned!!! Does no one (business wise) in Gary know how to cook decent ribs, links or chicken!!! This place for me is a one and done, never again!!!!
Good..but not so Phenomenal.Minimal parking...not to mention long waiting time of Order...30-40 min!( Some Cust.ahead of me, were still waiting on orders after I finally recieved mine)..overall good,but not worth parking hassle &/o the wait time.(Not sure of reasoning behind all.)But could/should improve said conditions b4 I consider returning.
This was a little below average, had the tip link combo and chicken wings and tips and chicken hot links.Tips, needs to be more tender.Sauce is too thick for my likingHot links were extremely dry on the inside,Chicken wings were decentThe Chicken links were pretty good.I like the fresh cut fries.Just too many items that were below average for me to give them anything above 2 stars.
Good tips and fries. There are 2 cut outs so they should have a order here and pick up here sign. The guy taking my order wasn't very friendly but was nice to the other customers who came after me, so customer service is lacking. They should also have a menu posted on the wall so you can see what they have available. They have a cooler in the front so they definitely should have drinks or desserts displayed.
