HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICECalled in for a delivery at 5:30pm. It is 7:30 and the pizza is still not here so I called back and said, where is my pizza? She tells me hold on and then leave’s me on hold for like 5 minutes so I hanged up. I called right back, she answers, and then say “oh I forgot”. Im going to need new employees before I order here again. ?
The establishment could use some updating 2/5.Customer service was had patience and was nice 5/5.Specials 5/5.The presentation of the food was 5/5 neatly prepared.The food was hot and tasted good 4/5. NETCASTNEWS
I Have order from them for years always a great experience until today called in and tried placing a order she tells me the only thing I can order is Pizza which was okay until she tells me cash only, then I replied I've used card here before then she says let me see if the Machine is working, even that would have been okay if I felt like you wanted my business and I wasn't getting on your nerves. Shame on you for thinking I don't work hard for my money and deserve some kind of customer service. Good luck with staying a float but I'm not helping you make a dollar, and I always place big orders because of my family size!
Ordered at 5:30pm... the woman told me it'd be 45 minutes. I called at 7pm to check on the order to see when it would arrive. They said they only had one driver so be patient with them. By 7:30 it was just too long a wait so I called back and canceled the order. Woman told me I couldn't order from them anymore! Y'all believe that? LOL! I said THAT'S FINE!
They need to expand their menu again. Fries r great

Everyone who works here needs to be fired! You can tell the difference, from the last workers. Every thing they make is garbage! The delivery time is awful. At this point close the whole building because it will never be the old Luigi's we use to love.
Good pizza when they ACTUALLY take their time but with them taking their time be prepared to wait 2 hours if u chose delivery
