visited this casino Yesterday (6/23/22), for my Birthday. I'm drove from western Michigan and it was a wasted disappointment. They don't give any Birthday Free Play, and want a New Player to spend at least $200, the bottle water tasted like tap water and the Coke Soda was so diluted that you could actually see thru it, they didn't even try to hide that it was diluted. Yesterday was my first time visiting and it will be my last, not to mention $39.99 for a buffet that's not worth $10!!!!
The restaurant was completely trash. I've spent literally thousands in that place and they had the audacity to serve and seat people who came after me in line. My food was cold on top of all that. Never again will I eat at anything but the buffet where I've always had good service. The manager was a prick who needs to lose his position. Fix the service or I will go back to the Ameristar where I never had problems and actually win money.

Very impressed with the service received at the restaurant! Eric my server was absolutely attentive, polite, kind, checked in often and genuinely seems to care about his job and the enjoyment his customers have while dining with him. The manager Kris was such a wonderful person and I truly believe she is doing everything in her power to make this location a must visit location if in the neighborhood. I will definitely return and highly recommend this hard rock. Food was delicious, correct as ordered, and fast to be served. The kitchen staff are on point. Everyone on the property treated me very well. WAY TO GO EVERYONE!!
Hard Rock Indiana does not value their casino members. The rating system is horrible. The perks are very low tier in comparison to other competitors. They sent gave me a $10 table bet comp when I normally receive $300 and up. They could not give a good explanation as to why when, I spend thousands of dollars there on a regular basis. Only explanation given was that I had a gap of not coming there…Mind you this was during COVID last year! What does that have to do with all my plays now? They loss me as a member…they don’t care though because they make money on a regular anyway…NO ONE EVER WINS THERE ANYWAY!
My wife and I went out for a date night at hard rock and had a great time. The Buffet was amazing and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The casino is very clean. The only complaint is there was long lines for food and the bar but we went on a concert night. They could definitely use more waitresses on the floor to help with the bar lines.
If you come here, bring your own drinks. Finding a waitress is next to impossible. First they stopped letting you order it from your slot machine, which was pretty useless anyways as it usually took an hour or so to get your drink after you ordered it. Now, can't order from the machine and can't get a waitress. I've been here for 3 1/2 hrs and I saw one waitress who said she was too busy right now to take my order. I had to walk across half the length of the casino to get my own, which was hard as I use a walker. When I got to the bar, there were 3 people behind did the bar and I was the only customer. It took 10 minutes for them to stop talking and giggling to take my order. So, I say again, bring your own drink or do without. NO WAITRESS TO BE FOUND ANYWHERE. and the place isn't even half full.
Hard Rock Cafe was nice and clean and very open to the rest of the Casino. Staff was friendly and the food was good as well. Added bonus , they also had Hopslam, my personal favorite, on tap that night!??
The restaurant service and management is poor. The actual food is good; if they could just get all of the meals to the table at the same time. Sent my dinner back by the time it finally came, my wife had finished her dinner and mine was being brought.
Worst service in the world. Waitresses walked pass multiple times looked at us and kept going. Sat for 15+ minutes before someone finally came over and asked if we needed anything. Place wasn't busy either. Probably never stopping in this part of the casino for food again due to the lack of hospitality and services all together. Would give 0 starts if possible.
