Love the coffee sometimes they don't put the right amount of sugar or cream
By far the worst Dunkin in the county. Consistently mess up the simplest of orders without a care in the world.
Went inside to order,car line pretty long on this hot morning. Greeted by a really friendly face,young man was really cheerful and helpful. I bought my 3 bags of coffee and 6 donuts and everything was good. Got to have my coffee and my grandson was waiting on donuts????❤️great job young man?
The customer service is great here. And so nice.
I went to the location on Ridge Road in Gary and was not happy. It took over 10 minutes to get a coffee. The counter full of donut crumbs and the help was rude. Then my coffee was mildly warm. Not hot. I usually go to the Dunkin on Grant Street where I always get great service. I will not return to the Ridge Road location.

Wow I am shocked that Dunkin donuts is more expensive than Starbucks! I came here because I had a long drive ahead. I ordered a medium iced Americano and it came to nearly 6 bucks!!!! They ar even cheaper at Starbucks. I asked for a splash of oat milk, they charged me for that? It barely changed the color of the drink. It was full of ice so it was super watered down. I could see getting charged for oat milk if they put more than a drop. It literally barely changed the color. I should've just went to Starbucks, for 6 bucks I could've got a latte or something. Iced Americano are usually on the cheaper side because it's just water and espresso. I drank this as fast as I could and I was STILL YAWNING!!! idk if they gave me decaf or what because it didn't feel like even 1 mg of caffeine was in the cup. If I drink Starbucks I am like wired! It was an act of desperation because I was passing through and just needed a pick me up to drive. I will never patron any Dunkin donuts again. It's so expensive like I thought it was supposed to be cheaper than the fancier coffee places but it wasn't. And the coffee doesn't have caffeine or idk it was so watered down but I chugged it and was yawning like crazy still. I've been all over the country to a lot of coffee houses, and never got charged 6 bucks for an iced Americano. Big mistake. I'll never go to one again! 0 stars if I could.

Went in to get morning coffee as a delivery driver. Once inside was told the inside was closed. A sign on the outside would of been nice letting me know. Or lock the doors.
