they have been closed for a while, i dont know why google still have them open
You would think this location would learn from the grant st and 5th avenue locations but they haven't. This is the only location in Gary left open after all the others closed in the area. The food was good but it definitely tasted reheated. Please do better cause you have so much potential!
If you want to be rushed taking your order go here! The front counter worker's attitude was horrible. I notified the manager and she laughed in my face. Seems like they are accustomed to bad customer service.
The restaurant was dirty, the employees were rude and the food didn't taste good. The people in the back were dancing and laughing all over the food. I wouldn't recommend this particular restaurant to anyone.
Love this place so much imma turn into a jalapeno popper this time they only had dark meat but i still bought it andAfter cooking it in the airfryer for 3 mins it was good to go
I ordered 3 piece combo, When I tell you this food made me wanna slap my Mama. It was so delicious and It wasn't dry this chicken has such a delicious flavor and it's so juicy,I would give Church's Chicken 10 stars if I could. Churches Chicken you rock ! The management and staff are awful in this place. I came different days and times, and my experience with the staff are rude. I asked the cashier which chicken came up, and she said I don't know. All the chicken just came up in a condescending tone. The General Manager should hire shoppers to come in and rate their service and eliminate all the individuals who are bringing this place down. My recommendation would be RETRAINING for the entire staff and if their attitude doesn't change hire a new team.
I got the spicy chicken and boy was it spicy this time..... And then I got the honey butter biscuits and oh my god so delicious yummy yummy
This is the 2nd time getting chicken burned like this from the Churches Chicken in Gary, Indiana.\\nAnd the taste was just as bad.\\nIt tasted like it was cooked in bad grease.\\n28.00 for a 15pc dinner is a good deal.\\nBut not if the chicken taste that bad.\\nI Love my Churches Chicken but serving burnt chicken like this is very disappointing.
Great fast food. If you want \\\"spicy\\\" it is best to go around the first few hours of opening to get the best. Workers are always overwhelmed with orders so having patience is highly advised or just call ahead
