Everytime i come they have an excuse not to do work and this supposed to be one of the better stores ? either get some real workers or shut it down
Went to drive through and the guy said he’s only taking door dash orders,..so I went to door dash & it says they’re closed ??♂️ what type of mess is that? If you lazy just say that and quit so someone else can have a job
Twice in a row, within 3 days, an order we placed with them through Doordash was confirmed by the store, then canceled minutes later. We won't be attempting to order from them again.
Ordered the Big Buford meal and the burger was disgusting okay. It doesn't even taste like real meat. It's expensive for the quality that it serves. Nine times out of 10 the drive-thru workers are very rude. Don't nobody want rude people serving their food management needs to be fired.
Really, it's not much to choose from in the city of Gary when it comes to fast food anyway ??♀️ Especially when it gets late.? So, I'm just speaking from experience as a former native from the city. There's been quite a few nights where u find yourself REALLY GLAD that Checkers is there!?They don't NEVA have no apple pies though??
Everytime I go to Checkers on Broadway in Gary the coupon machine isn't working. This has been the third time it hasn't been working. If you don't have a coupon machine, don't mail out coupons.

How hard is it to make sandwich?? ?Apparently very difficult. I was the only one in the drive thru so I don't understand how you can screw an order up. Called 11x to try and get it remade, they have the phone off the hook. Not surprised. Horrible experience, 1st and last time going there.
The most disrespectful drive through I ever been Ik. First off I sat at the window for 10 min waiting not only waiting but the girl that was working drive through is out taking garbage out I ask anyone was available. She told me yes they in there to not only realize this the same girl thar was outside talking b tskinh out trash this is the girl that do orders. I’m having a conversation in my car to and she is listening to my whole conversation On the phone. And told me well it ain’t that we don’t like our jobs we do what we want. This was at 1030 in the morning. The young lady decided to come outside and walk up to my car as if she knew she was safe. From the manager to the workers are nasty n a disgrace I’ll never spend my money ever again. This is not the first incident that occurred at this facility
Horrible. I paid extra $ to get the big chicken box with the half pound of chicken and fries and this is what i got. freezing cold. only other item i ordered is funnel fries ( which they were too lazy to make , so they stole my money and gave me nothing ) . also the sauce for the nuggets, i ordered barbecue so they gave me honey mustard and ranch. This is by far the worst Checkers i’ve ever been to.
