Shut it down BK! Everything is a problem from long waits, till computers down, till milk crates closing the lane meaning we are not open for business. This has been a long pattern for this particular site. I know you are better than this!
This was the worst experience I ever had at a Burger King. It literally took 15 minutes in the drive-thru just to approach the speaker and I was the second car. After I was finally able to give my order and pulled up to the window, The young lady that was working there took another 10 minutes to give us our food. In addition, the order was wrong. I would not recommend this Burger King.
They were wayyyy better than the one on 61st by long johns silver....do not go there if you can help it stick with this one on Grant St....it's clean in there and the customer service is great....
Worst one I been to so far, every time I come here they take years to take orders in the drive thru you’ll be sitting there 30 mins before they try to take an order I usually just pull off after 5 minutes of waiting at the speaker Smfh makes no sense for them to be that lazy and ignorant. I give them a -5 stars
Fraud Alert!!! The young lady working took a pic of my card and a few hours later I had a mysterious $412 charge from Instacart. I was passing through Indiana and that was my only stop. STAY AWAY
Trash, they forgot my shake and no sauce and ignored me when trying to ask about my order. And while I was there they locked the doors at about 1:30 because there too lazy to do there job.
Orders are almost always wrong or burned to a crisp. Was in the drive thru line 10min before they closed, and they let me and 4 other cars sit until it was closing time instead of just saying they can't serve us. I get if you're short staffed and can't do everything, but can I be informed? The employee saw us drive in and line up. The drive thru is impossible to leave once you're in it, so I had to wait until the cars ahead gave up.

I try to patronize my community, but what I was served is ridiculous. The hamburger was under cooked two grill lines which I thought they grilled the meat. My burger was grey not brown!! The chicken was dry like it was re-cooked. A Burger King Lover no more!!!
The service we had at this place was excellent for the time we visited even though they're only a couple of people working. I wish there was a way we could have done more for these guys but they were upbeat did a great job and I really look forward to stopping here again sometime.
