Love Ziffles and the fact that they travel around and close to my home so I don’t have to travel for the food. My only suggestion would be offering styrofoam boxes at the food truck for those of us taking the food home and not eating it immediately.

When our food came to the table, it was refrigerator cold in the middle. We sent it back and in abt 20 min a new meal was brought back. This one was hot but of poor quality. The bottom crust was so tough we couldn’t cut it with a steak knife. We thought a sausage roll should have sauce and cheese but there was only a little bit of each. All and all a very unsatisfactory meal.

The chicken and ribs were both dry but the worse offense is that they use cheddar cheese sauce meant for dip in their baked macaroni and cheese. As a Southern woman, I was disgusted and appalled

I had a gift card from my boss so I splurged and got a whole slab of ribs. Then I didn't like em too good. The fries were awesome and the BBQ sauce. Next time brisket.

I don't think they messed up our food, maybe it's because we're from the south so we have had really great ribs. We just thought the food was mediocre, at best. On the kids menu they make a big deal about cutting 1 ton of potatoes per week, and I'm sure they do because every meal comes with a whole load of fries. We ordered the cheese fries with pulled pork and it had no flavor other than fries with melted cheese and some pork tossed in...no sauces, very bland. We have eaten at Smokey Bones where the food was better, had more flavor and cost a fraction of the price. This may be a home town favorite, but after 7 years of living here we finally decided to try it and it was a $97 disappointment.

We've eaten here several times and love it every time! The staff is so kind and helpful and their prices are great! I love their vegetarian roll, we always get a lot of food.

Carry out is almost always ice cold, and was charged $43.00 for a rib basket and a cob salad, again had to microwave the cold ribs, and I've been a constant patron since the beginning, I know losing my business isn't going to hurt you, but I'm sure I'm not the only one

Their ribs are wonderful, they hold up very well with the best of places. When I want ribs it's either here or Shigs, whichever I'm in the mood for. However, what usually draws me in is the hog trough. It's my favorite dish here, I love it. It's not for everyone though. The seasoning here is more traditional but solid and on point. It's not bland, and it is welcoming to hot sauce. The wings are also great, I am not a wing person but I have found myself adding them to the order. The sides are great, I love the fried pickles. Cole slaw and everything is good.Throughout the years I have had some orders messed up or something not cooked right. Usually deep fried pickles being undercooked. Never undercooked meat though. The staff has always stepped up and corrected the issue. If you are picking up your order always check the deep fried pickles before you get home.

I was so excited to try this place as I heard some awesome reviews. Unfortunately my experience was mixed. The loaded fries were incredibly good and massive. The rib tips on the other hand were mostly burnt and boney. Very little was edible. They weren't even cut well. The pieces were huge. I was shocked and frustrated. I wish I would have taken photos. I can't describe how big, burnt and boney they were.
