Great food. Friendly service.

Went in with a large party during the dinner hour. We had several hungry and loud teenagers with us. The wait staff was quick and nice, the food was hot and delicious. The breadsticks are amazing. We even brought some home. Prices are decent. Would visit again if in town!

Riley was our waitress and she provided one of the best serving experiences I've had since the pandemic has begun. Not only was she attentive, she was polite & patient. 3 little ones plus a party of 8 adults was not an easy task! She killed it! Didn't miss anything! All while hosting another large birthday party!Although gratuity was included, I asked her what her bday was and she replied she just had one. 4/28 so I had to tip her an additional $4.28... I hope she understood why I did it! I live 30 minutes away from this particular Zianos and very very close to the West facility so I frequent there...but next time my family has a large gathering, I am definitely going to be calling to see if she's working!Did I mention the food was fresh & delicious? All around great experience and it is appreciated!

I hate to give any restaurant one star but this time it's deserved. I have been there several times and never had a problem. I have ordered this dish a couple on times before and been very happy, it was grilled tilapia on a bed of angel hair pasta saute in white wine sauce w/spinach on top and sun dried tomatoes. This is one of there signature dishes. This was a mess. A small portion of pasta literally floating in there wine sauce and the fish was more like poached than grilled, this dish looked like it was just dumped on a plate. Not like a chef would do. This was a mess. I brought it to the waitresses attention and she just looked at me like I was nuts. It had very little pasta I asked for some more just to counter the pool of oil on my plate, she got me a side of angel hair pasta witch was twice as much as my entree came with and charged me for it, I think it was 5 or 6 dollars. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Our family loves ❤️going to Zianos. The staff is so warm and kind. The bread sticks are amazing. My new favorite is the Chicken Piccata.Grilled chicken breasts with lemon and capers, reduced in a white wine sauce. Served with a side of linguine.

Amazing experience, the waiters were so professional and very helpful! Multiple people asked if everything was good. Always filled up our cups and the food was absolutely amazing! So over the top helpful and friendly in all ways! Will be back plenty more times to come!

Excellent food, service, easy parking and there is a quiet elegance. I love this restaurant and you will too! Fair prices. Looking forward to my next dinner at Zianos.

Nothing special. I was looking for good Italian food but what I got was more of a gooey mess. A sauce should add flavor to the taste of the pasta. The food they brought looked and tasted like jarred sauce mixed into the pasta. The cheesy garlic bread wasn’t nearly as good as the Texas Toast you can buy in the frozen aisle at Kroger. Quite sad if you ask me. It’s good food if you just want mediocre, sloppy comfort food.

Always wonderful food and service.

Awesome food and staff. It is great to see the owner working alongside the employees.
