Our server opened with "hi guys" I mentioned that as I am not a guy I find that greeting offensive. She ignored my comment and used the term guys again. I responded with thank you sir at which she took offense and said if I was going to continue to be rude we could leave now as clearly she is not a man. Her service was lacking from there on and a "presumed" manager came to ask if there was a problem and then inform us that all the younger servers say guys. The server neglected us from there. No apology, no learning. We won't rush back to be insulted again. The server suggested she could require us to leave and be banned from coming back. Perhaps some training is in order for servers.
This place is the best. The food was better then Olive Garden in our opinion. Nothing was dry everything came out together, everything was hot when we got it. We had a table of 5. We even got a pizza which was not soggy even with all the toppings there where on it. I would recommend this place i would take people here to try it. Our waitress was one of the best i have seen. The food ranges from soup and salad, to pizza, pasta, baked pastas and stuffed shells. Also can not forget the amazing breadsticks.
We had a birthday party for my 2 year old grandson yesterday. We were able to reserve a private room ahead of time. I would like to give Zianos and especially our server, Melissa a huge shout out of appreciation!! We had a total of 30 people which included 6 kids. She got every order correct, all the bills correct. Was timely on refills and all the time dodging the birthday boy as well as his little cousins. Our food was delicious as usual and was served hot. Great job Zianos! AWESOME JOB MELISSA!! Thank You so much!!
Tasty and high quality food, but for as many time as I have ordered carry out, my order has never been right. Tonight I asked for no onions or green peppers on my pizza, and I got both. I also ordered cheese with my breadsticks and paid for it, but didn't get any. Not sure how it's ALWAYS WRONG! Also, online ordering system is always down even though they let you go through the trouble of creating the order before you figure out it won't work and you have to call and wait on hold. At least the hostess was finally a friendly one!
Wonderful food. Great atmosphere. Olive Garden offers free bread sticks, while Zianos charges .99 for 5. The cost is well worth it for Zianos bread sticks! You will want to make Zianos a part of your life.
We went for lunch after Church to Zianos and it was wonderful! Of course 2 of us had to be difficult with our custom orders, but our waitress was amazing talking us through all of our special requests! Melissa was so kind and friendly, we honestly feel like we are friends with her now after just one visit! Our food came out perfectly and was delicious!
Got carry out at the Maysville road location and it was wonderful. Melissa and her staff were friendly and accommodating. My order was complete and not missing anything and was ready at the time I was told. The food was hot and delicious. 10/10 putting this in our regular rotation. We ordered this dinner for my son's birthday on January 25th and it made our family birthday dinner spectacular.
Great service the server was the very best. Good atmosphere friendly manager. Manager visited our table twice to make sure we were satisfied. Grandson's birthday, staff helped make party special.
I've been there a few times now. Both times a male was there wearing a zianos jacket speaking so horribly to a few of the servers. Last visit as I left, I asked who the owner was and was told ITS THE OWNER. So the first time I experienced this the guy was in the kitchen screaming our servers name repeatedly from the kitchen like a crazy man. Our server was visibly shaken and had her hands full. Never once was she standing around, she stayed doing her best and it concerned me but I thought maybe bad day... fast forward to my last visit where the same guy made a female server cry. Completely different girl. I will not patronize this establishment where the servers are verbally and mentally abused. We tipped extra each time but I can't get the last visit out of my head. I hope these workers find better means of employment.
Melissa, our waitress last night, served approximately 30 in a full back party room. She was amazing, smiled and served with astonishing accuracy!
