Being from Alabama this made me feel right at home. Fried to order wings! Perfectly cooked. The entire table ate in silence.
The chicken Is sooooo damn good my hubby was demolishing it! I don't eat beef but I took a bite of the pizza puff to try for my son and spit it out (only because it was the beef) but I wanted to eat the whole damn thing it was the best pizza puff I've ever had ! Okra was good also fries weren't the normal fries I prefer but they were hot and fresh and the kids liked them. I'll definitely be back!

Wow! I was thoroughly impressed with the food and service at this restaurant.We parked our vehicle on the closest side street, Kinsmoor which was a very short walk to the restaurant, no farther than if you were in a parking lot. Past experience from when this was a previous restaurant was to not use the rear parking lot in the next-door establishment.The friendly hostess took our order at the front counter. She asked if I wanted lemon pepper seasoning with the Perch/White Chicken Combo which I ordered and I'm glad that I said "yes". It was wonderful and came with a generous order of fries and a not so generous dab of coleslaw. I also ordered the lemon pound cake which the hostess said was made for the restaurant. That was also awesome. I just wish I had a glass of cold milk to go with it! The food came up in about 10 minutes and my small party ate inside. The food was piping hot for our entire meal and out of this world.The very clean restaurant was sparsely decorated and had four or five dining tables, which surprisingly had no other dining in customers while we were there, but we were eating after the normal lunch hour.My only disappointment (and it wasn't a major disappointment), was that the only drinks available were from a soda pop vending machine. Also, I was surprised that the tartar sauce and ketchup were in packets. I'm not sure the perch could have been any better, but I was dreaming of a homemade tartar sauce to go with the fish.The hostess checked on us periodically to ask how everything was and if we needed anything. We were also given a warm goodbye also.I will be back. With friends of course!
Best fried chicken in Fort Wayne PERIOD!!!!!! Seasoned to perfection with a perfect crunch and mild sauce is BOMB I get mines on the side & chicken is freshly fried never has it been redropped or tasted old 10/10 for me & have free time after eating it cause it’ll definitely put you to sleep
They have Chicken, perch, and catfish. I got the gizzards, and 4 piece dark chicken. It was a 20 minute wait for food. It has 12 seats total definitely a take-out restaurant
