First time coming here tonight. I ordered over the phone. Mango sticky rice. It should have been done by the time I got there which took 10 minutes. I waited another 20 minutes just for them to tell me they can't make it because the power went out and their microwave wasn't working. The power was on. Mind you, there were 3 other customers waiting. One said she was waiting for 1 hour. It wasn't busy. There were literally 3 orders. They did refund my money but you guys have to do better than that when you waste customers' time! I won't be back. Communication is key.
Totally amazed with this placeOrdered food based upon reviews etc.The flavors are excellentHowever the main meal green curry chicken came the container was half full.In 30 plus years of travel and goodness knows how many Thai meals never had a half full container as a main course.Disappointed and angry is my responseRegardless of how good the meals tastes these guys are plain bad!!Never again!!!
I would rate this place a zero if able. I have been eating here for years and have historically received the best Thai food! The service and food both have slowly been going down hill since Tay left. The last straw was today when, for the third time in a row, me and my family received food that was ordered as extra spicy, having no spice AT ALL. When I called and complained I was asked, "can we talk about this later? We are really busy." My response was "no, I am a customer with a complaint, I want it handled now just as you are serving others." I explained that the spiciness of their food is the only reason I eat there because no one else serves it quite how I like it. The girl immediately hung up on me. After calling back for 10 minutes, I finally got through again, this time speaking to an older sounding male. When I explained my situation, he responded, "yeah, sorry, we are just really busy." I said, "so you handle upset customers by hanging up on them?" He responded, "yes." I will never go there again. I will never recommend them again. I will be sure to tell anyone who will listen how awful my experiences were. It may sound simple, but when you order your food a specific way, you expect that is what you will be served. I have been very patient and understanding up until this point. Disappointment x3 along with being hung up on...NO THANKS!
Yummy Thai is one of my favorite places in town for both dine in and take out. It’s a quiet, chill atmosphere with truly yummy food. One sip of their Tom Yum soup will give sunshine to the saddest of days. Their Money Bags appetizer makes you feel like a millionaire with each crunch. And their Thai Ice Tea will give you enough of a super boost to complete the most soul crushing task. A gem of a restaurant for a date with yourself or a date with a soulmate.
The old lady was very rude and entitled, demanding more tips when her service was not good. We were leaving and at the door already, and she yelled at us on how much tips we should have given her, right in front of everyone in the restaurant. Her attitude was shocking. This experience happened a while ago and we have since never come back.
Really good food! Nice portion sizes and plenty of vegan options! They live up to the Yummy nameI got sauteed veggies, asked for spicy. Came with a side of rice to soak up the extra sauce, which was delicious. The veggies were a good mix of carrot, broccoli, Thai eggplant, cabbage, etc. They delivered on flavor and the spicy!Also had fried tofu, which came with a sweet chopped peanut sauceAnd mango sticky rice. Oh my, do I love mango sticky rice, and theirs was perfect
The place is very good. If was a great meal for a great price and the service was quick and courteous. Would definitely eat there again if I was in town.
We both love it here there's 4 levels of spicy I always get number 3 my is hot my wife gets number 1 is little spicyWe used to go to the mall to get Thai food but this so much better made to order
Great food, great service. Quiet place on a Tuesday evening. Drunken Noodle, Thai Fried Rice, Spring rolls and Steamed Dumplings were all fantastic.
Food and drinks were terrible. Couldn't even finish eating it. Chicken seemed mushy and flavor was bad. Drink tasted like cough syrup. Staff was decently friendly but didn't make up for the bad food.
