We arrived at a very busy time. There were several servers in training. We understand that keeping staff has been difficult everywhere. We, however, waited almost an hour for our meal. That wait would have been ok if our food was great but it was room temperature. Our drinks were empty. Everyone was nice which goes a long way. We will be back.
We always get wings from here when we do takeout. We all love their wings and sauces. However, we dined in this time and I'd rather do takeout. Food was good, but boy did it take awhile to get our food. People who came after us got served before us. Only reason why it's not a 5 star rating...wait time.
Thought I would try the wings here as opposed to Tower or Buffalo Wild Wings. Ordered mozzarella sticks and 10 wings, 5 mild and 5 lime pepper. The mozzarella sticks flavor was good. And they were hot and full of cheese unlike some other places where it's a breaded shell with a little cheese. I was offered marinara and ranch so I took both. I had never tried it with ranch. It was surprisingly not disgusting and I ended up eating most of them with ranch. The wings were hot and juicy as you would expect however I somewhat prefer my wings a little drier but I forgot to ask for it. No fault of theirs. The lime pepper was good but way over seasoned. And the mild was very mild and for me had almost no flavor. It seemed to be mixed with butter so it was very wet and the majority of the sauce ran off into the tray. The service was great. Fortunately I got there just as they were opening so I beat the lunch rush. I was the only one at the bar and I believe two tabletops were seated. Mozzarella sticks and 10 wings with unsweetened tea was just under 30 dollars with slightly larger than 20% tip. If you are hungry for wings and Tower is too far, this is an option. Better than Buffalo Wild Wings? If you like a smaller setting, definitely. Otherwise comparable.
A bit more than disappointed, this time. Teriyaki wings barely had sauce on them. Grandkids ordered Mac n cheese w/fries as a side and mini corn dogs, with Mac n cheese as a side. Mac n cheese was the same size for both, and it looked like it was toddler sized. They liked it, but it was not even close to enough for a child. A simple thing to fix, and it should be fixed. They would've gotten more from a happy meal, which we were trying to avoid.
We have been loyal regular customers for several years. The food quality has been declining for several months. Service was poor. That man needs to find a new job. Enough is enough. Won't be back and recommend spending your time and money anywhere else!
Food was absolutely delightful. We went on a Monday they had a special on wings I think it was .69 also their house marg was on special I ordered both. Server came to our table 2xs the whole time we were there and I paid full price for all my stuff no special was givin. I'm a server so I try not to complain but I wasn't to happy other then that will go back
Pretzels with beer cheese was pretty good. However, the boneless wings were rock hard, and the sauce was just dumped on the top. It was very disappointing since this restaurants main attraction is the wings.
Have always had good service here. The food was also good. We go for the wings and loaded fries.
Horrible, called in an hour early for pick up, arrived 5min before my time, was not greeted at all, had to ask for help as staff walk by. They literally put my order in when I arrived, 25mn later with no offer of a drink or anything. When I confronted them about my call in order total denial. Will never go back and wings were dry and sauce was watered down. Terrible!!!
Good food just not very clean... the table was pretty sticky but up side the works were really nice ☘
