I loved it here! The staff was so friendly and if they can make a dish vegan they definitely will try even though it might not be on their menu. In addition the food is delicious! ?
Surprisingly good food the chillaquiles are delicious. I recommend the sauce in the side though. Great food great service. It's nothing fancy inside but definitely good food. Eat here.

Good food...good service! My only complaint is the added charges are kind of steep. $1.00 for onions, $.25 for rye in place of wheat toast, and $1.99 for coffee that used to be included in the special. All n all I still think it's worth the price. I'll be happy to dine there again.
Delightful breakfast/lunch cafe with some really good food options. Lots of choices. Staff is always polite and on top of things. Food is great.
This place is all about the food. The menu has what you may be craving for but everything I've had was really fresh and delicious. My new go to for breakfast, lunch or dinner whenever I don't feel like cooking for myself at home. Very happy I keep trying this place.
First time being here saw the positive reviews.... could not find a hard shell beef taco I liked (not from the Fort) after visiting about 6 Mexican restaurants but finally found a taco that was delicious. Friendly service and hard shell tacos almost as good as Pepe's tacos in Chicago and North West Indiana. Thank you so much !!
The physical atmosphere is "diner," but the food is plentiful, delicious, and reasonably priced. I appreciated the pancakes as much better than expected and the Mexicano Skillet was GREAT! We only went there because nothing else was open on Christmas day. But, I will make that a frequent spot. It appears that the restaurant is operated by a family "living the dream." Therefore, the customer service was excellent and courteous.
The Taco Omelette was good. The hash browns were so-so. They charge extra for adding onions to the potatoes. The server didn't know this.
