Food was good but my daughters food was cold. And the place needs to be cleaned better. The floor slick in spots around the buffet. The carpet needed cleaned and the paint was peeling off of the booths. Glass was dirty and hadn't been cleaned for awhile. I was only able to get a pic of the floor next to our table unfortunately. But this restaurant needs an update badly.
I normally wouldn't give a buffet a 5-star review, but I'm going to with this buffet restaurant.We hadn't visited this restaurant since the name change. The previous buffet was always a family favorite for my large family to visit, since everyone could pretty much pleased with the food variety. This new buffet is possibly even better than the previous restaurant. The food was really good, hot, plentiful, and clean. I was happy to see the plastic gloves available for use, although it seemed I was the only one using them.We will return for sure!
Okay I come here every Friday for lunch before class and their food itself is good. I love sushi and I have never had a problem with their food. HOWEVER, there are a couple things that could be improved. First, the booths are falling apart. They move and are torn. Another thing is that the ladies bathrooms need improvement big time. Some stalls don’t close. And one thing that really made me give 4 stars was something that happened last Sunday. They were really busy and I was studying there for a few hours. I went to the bathroom and it smelled so bad. I went to the handicapped stall and saw that someone relieved themselves in the corner: I told someone about it and they said they would take care of it. 1 hour later, I go back and it’s still there: it made me loose my appetite.
Love this place. The sushi is always a great addition and in all types. The seafood as well as is always great and all types. Plenty of Chinese dishes as well as American food to choose from. This is what my kids always ask for!
Fantastic service, the food was delicious. I highly recommend Tokyo Buffet and Grill!! 10/10 Will visit again!!Jr at the Hibachi Grill whipped up some delicious Stirfry! I highly recommend you try it for yourself!!
This place is the best! I always feel welcomed whenever we visit. The cashier and owner are kind and respectful people. The food is delicious! Especially; around 3:30-4:00 (dinner time). They actually make an attempt to please their customers, but we all know you can’t please everyone. Great job, guys! Continue to keep the food delicious and hot.Myra Blanks
The food was not bad but the waitress don’t have any manners. They should make the customers happy but nope they making us to not come here anymore. The workers should fix their manners before coming to work. I hope if I come next time they bring their manners with them.
It was good! With the COVID pandemic being a consist thought, buffets were seemingly a thing of the past. We went as a way to mix up our eating habits for something I wasn't likely to make at home, while still having options for less adventurist eaters. You could tell things were regularly being cleaned and that more precautions where being taken. I liked the options of food choices and that nothing looked old on the lines. The only thing I think they could have done better was spacing out the seating a little more from others.
Not that great. Wouldn’t come back. Pb chicken and coconut shrimp were both very dry. Sushi is bland. 3/4 of food was cold. Way too much salt.The reason for 2 stars is the hibachi grill. props to that guy making it spicy but not too spicy as requested.Go check out Paradise Buffett in auburn. They know how to keep good hot including after 8pm.
We just celebrated my husband's 40th birthday party at Tokyo buffet. I called in advanced to reserve the party room for the number of guests we needed. When that number grew grew the staff were very accommodating. The service was above and beyond. Everyone was happy with the food. They had something or everyone, even the little kids. They also had a little gift for the birthday boy! Thank you so much for making this a successful birthday celebration Tokyo buffet!! We look forward to coming again soon. My daughter told me to try the chicken nuggets she really liked them. My husband and I love the sushi selection.
