This location is ALWAYS out of a majority of their donuts no matter how early I come. Last time I came I placed an order for 6 donuts, i told them the kind i wanted and everything was cool. Once i got up to the window to pay they tell me they're out, what would i like to switch it with? (I would have preferred to have been told sooner to be able to look at the menu to see what other kinds they had) I ended up paying for 6 and only getting 5.. of donuts that i didnt even want.Skip this location if you're looking for donuts!!
I once visited a Tim Horton's in Winnipeg and thought the donuts and Timbits were amazing. When I had them here in the States for the first time a few years ago, they didn't taste, at all, the same. Went this morning and, yeah, nothing's changed... Decent, but not "knock your socks off" quality.
The absolute worst coffee I've ever had in my life. The only reason it gets 2 stars is because the drive thru speaker lady was nice, the 2nd person who we gave our money to didn't know whose coffee was who's, so we had to guess, and neither of them was distinguishable between the other. They were both overly nasty, overly bitter, and didn't taste of coffee at all. Just a bitter, icy, grossness and the line was way too long to circle back
Always friendly service! Occasionally the app will mess up my order but they always make it right!
This is a treat once every 2 weeks. We love the blueberry Tim Bits and the snack wraps.
I used to love the mornings I got Tim Hortons , the staff was always so prompt and friendly . It always made for a great day . But the last two times with the new staff have been miserable . The new staff is horrible and rude . They don’t listen to orders and forget half of what they do allow you to order . Sebastian especially , extremely rude and actually made me feel guilty for wanting breakfast let alone the food I actually ordered . Won’t be going to this location any longer . Twice now I’ve paid for food i never received . Only got two stars because I feel bad the current staff is reflecting on the previous awesome staff . :update: just got home with the food to dicover they served me moldy eggs
Went to Tim Hortons here this morning. At least 4 people I saw working. Went to the counter with my little one to get a donut and the two people running the register wouldn’t come over. They were unfolding boxes. After 5 minutes the lady I assume to be the manager told “ Ashley” to get the register. She looked over at me and now also the customer standing behind us and just continued to unfold boxes! I waited a couple more minutes and said “ we’ll I guess they aren’t going to help us” she looked over again and still continued to do boxes! We left! NEVER AGAIN will we go to a Tim Hortons. The gas station next door was more than happy to help us!
Breakfast sandwiches @ 2/$5 are great! Add tidbits and coffee and we're ready for the road trip!!! Thanks for the very prompt and friendly service too.
They were very busy and still friendly! I had the #7 and asked if they could do bacon instead of sausage and without hesitation he said yes! It was very good by the way. I also had the Frozen Strawberry Lemonade...YUM!!
This place use to be my favorite place? ? not anymore!! The group that used to work here showed me and others so much love , well that's gone because they are gone and now its a new set of folks , No love.. My business here will be a very slow down until I Ghost you all forever?? this place is different, I don't think I'm going to keep supporting this company. Without love nothing survives. Love makes everything beautiful.. God don't like ugly??? you people better wake up. I've seen a lot of companies gone bankruptcy, and I believe love stops things from growing and reproducing. My time here I believe is at a dead end, oh well I just find me another coffee shop, The Lord will make a way, I believe... Well Tim Horton's you have lost a Good customer ✌?
