Excellent breakfast, gracious and efficient service, and fair price. Recommend the country fried steak breakfast.
Unseasoned, dry food. Steak felt like sandpaper in my mouth. Maybe i got the wrong thing. Good biscuits and gravy. Great coffee. Good luck. Waiter was terrible.
Delicious breakfast cooked to perfection - we had the steak and eggs meal with hashbrowns, buttered sourdough toast and hot chocolate. No wait on a table for two people even though serving many customers on a busy weekend morning!
Went to the Blue Bird Restaurant on Saturday for the first time. It was very busy but we were immediately greeted and were seated right away. Our order was taken after a brief wait by a very friendly waitress Annie! The coffee was great and our breakfast meals were delicious! My husband had a side of pancakes which he described as light and flavorful! I found my Skillet choice to be very good, also! So...good attentive staff, good food and friendly atmosphere make this a breakfast destination we will come back to! Thank you Blue Bird Restaurant!

Great homey atmosphere and a terrific menu made for a memorable meal. Our server was on the spot and everyone was very friendly. Low prices for lots of food - we came out with to-go boxes!
I appreciate this place exists. Adorable decorations. Very inviting from the moment you walk in. Wait staff was friendly.The menu was lie a magazine. They could easily remove over 40 selections. The menu was 5 -6 pages and they were packed! When the food arrived is wasn't very hot. They reheated it for me :)It was okay. I really believe if they just reduced the menu, they could focus more on quality. But it was NOT bad, just, meh. But the environment....just comforting. I would reccomend going.
