I ordered food and the wait staff was great. I wish they would give me a breakdown of what I ordered and the price. I get the 15% gratuity bc the owners don't pay the workers shit so we as the customer don't get the choice to tip or not. Even bad service gets a tip. Then you got the 4% surcharge for credit cards bc they have to report those earnings to the IRS and not cash therefore again it falls onto the customer. I had an amazing server but when I came time to settle the check as I was trying to figure out the math to tip the server 30% I was rushed and the manager was extremely pushy to simply get the money and f the customer.
First the menu was filthy. The waitress never once checked on us. The food was dry and horrible. On top of that to dine in they automatically charge you a 15% fee to supplement the employees income (whatever that means). I do not recommend eating at this place there is nothing positive to say. The food was horrible and the service was worse!
In the past few months the food has taken a dive. The food tasted like cinnamon, ginger or something and it literally ruined my appetite. I didn't say anything because the last time the beans were like water and we asked to have it fixed It didnt happen because manager that looks like a Mexican Adam Sandler with the downs told us that how it is supposed to be. Will never eat there again.
The only Mexican restaurant in Fort Wayne open this late. They don’t give you ANY chips if you order to go, unless you pay extra (which is a policy that I don’t agree with). But the manager DID at least take the time out of his hectic night to get me the Horchata that I didn’t get when I paid for it the last time. And to explain why he has that policy in place, plus gave me chips and salsa once on the house as an apology for the confusion. I do appreciate that they took the time to mend the customer relationship after the last issue that I had, so thank you Miguel for putting the customer first! Not my favorite Mexican place by any means, but they do work hard and the late hrs are VERY convenient.
The food was great! The restaurant and bathrooms were clean and nice. The service was great and everyone was super friendly. I definitely want to go back soon!
Service is absolutely trash!! You tell the waitress your order, she doesn't write it down then will throw you attitude when you tell her it's not right. Orders also take an unreasonable amount of time to get to the table.While Checking out, id recommended you ask for an itemized receipt before paying. Extra charges are accidentally added quite often, if you catch it they do remove it and apologize.Automatic 15% gratuity even for a party of 1, on top of a 4% surcharge that is added after your total is given if you use card.Food is on point tho. Seriously, amazing taste and good portions.
I ordered from door dash. My wait time was like 60 minutes. No complaints it was 11:30 on Sunday. I ordered beef nachos and a steak burrito. Well worth what I spent. The burrito was huge and the nacho box was heavy. The burrito lacked a bit of flavor. They did not skimp on the steak. Plenty of ingredients. The nachos were delicious. The prices we fair. I recommend five stars definitely.
I've only ate here once and their food wasn't that great or worth the terrible service me and my family received. We made an attempt to give them another chance tonight and just ended up walking back out. My mom has also recived terrible service. Lastly need update hours.
I love the food here. Love how when other places are closed late at night they are still open serving awesome food. If you like spicey then don't forget to ask about there secret menu hot sauce. It's really good.
Best fresh authentic Mexican food we've had in a long time..very fresh everything we ordered was amazing especially the lingua tacos...friendly service and atmosphere was authentic..thank you for amazing food and service our family is ver happy and look forward to next time...
