Customer service was lacking a little, but its taco bell these days. Added black beans to a bean and rice burrito and it was amazing. The person making my food pulled me aside to make sure he was going to make it right and I greatly appreciated that.
Placed a mobile order.....so I was pot committed. Waited 22 minutes to get to speaker with 2 cars in front of me. Wait another 22 minutes to get to window where they asked me what all I had on my order as they had no idea so clearly haven't even began prepping my food. I've currently been waiting on my chalupa and 2 tacos in front of the store for 15 additional minutes....pray for me. It's been 59 minutes since I've shown up with 2 cars in front of me. Make it make sense.
I came thru this locations drive thru 1 hour before close and even with a 6-8 car line behind me I was greeted with kindness from employee Rodger! He was great! There was a little while wait for our food but i would rather wait a minute for food and be greeted with this kind of customer service than greeted with the customer service at most other Taco Bell’s.
This taco bell likes to short change people apparently. Total was 3.12 handed them a 5, got 1.60 back. No bueno worked in customer service for awhile. Sounds petty but its happened a couple times now
Would have given 5 stars if they got my boyfriend’s order right as well as the man at the counter did not purposefully ignore me for 15 minutes. When I said something to him, he turned around and walked away. All I asked for was a cup. On top of this, he also let a customer walk away without paying purposefully. If you want to have good service the women that I talked to were very kind and were so nice. This man needs to go.
They for real need to get it together. Not a single person cares. Tell me why I waited for over an hour in line with 10 cars in front of me? It really takes that long to make their skimpy little tacos? No. Even with only 2 people it should not take that long. Thats like SLOWER than a snails pace. I never complain but as someone who has worked fast food and retail, it’s just unacceptable. And they didn’t even get my order right. I still waited though because them tacos are good. Service just sucked.
If i could give it less stars i would. Incredibly freakin slow waited 40 mins in the drive thru for my freakin door dash order. Eaten at gourmet restaurants where ive gotten the food way sooner
Friendly and task-focused, staff. Quality food with no errors. Clean restaurant and restrooms too! Will visit again!
Came just now and ordered and the nicest man named Marco took my order full of energy and helpful!! Taco bell get more workers like him!! I'm not sure if he will work nights or if just day crew but definitely need more energetic people like him that want to work!! Good job!
Quick and efficient despite training a new cashier and a nightmarish quantity of drunks in line. Someone projectile-vomited out of the passenger seat of the vehicle ahead of us while we waited; dinner and a show! Surprisingly good chicken tender "tacos" (more like a very small wrap) and the rest of the menu remains as good as ever.
